Everyone was SO welcoming. The class was awesome. The live music amazing. I will definitely be back and will be looking for another class to compliment the one I took this week and want to carry on with. I called my sister and sister-in-law the next day and told them all about it and that they should come with me!!

What a special place. Greatly benefits my life and yoga practice. Inititially I was turned off by how much the drop in classes cost, but have found it to be so worth it. I do the monthly unlimited now because of how often I try to go. Amazing teachers. Wonderful space. Acoustics are perfect. Rosie teaches early morning on Tuesday and Thursday and could not speak more highly of her. She is magical and has changed my life and practice. Highly recommend.

I just returned from AYC. I was very impressed with the three day seminar on Yoga, Meditation and Neuroscience.
Everyone is super friendly and very serious about yoga. We did a lot of shopping in the boutique. There were restaurants around the studio for when it was time for lunch. Great Experience. I can't wait to go back again.

Beautiful setting with lovely hardwood floors, plenty of props, and a wall of windows. Libby is an excellent communicator, and she creates an inclusive, low-pressure environment for students to excel. Great syllabus/handout.

Libby was fabulous with her low key, folksy instructional method. Senior yoga training (for old farts like me) was informative, protective, and worth every tax deductible penny.

Great spot! Loved my class with Joe and the schedule has so much variety. I'm impressed with all of the workshops and events they have. I've just moved to the area so I'm too busy to attend classes like I want right now, but I look forward to settling in with the yogis at AYC once everything gets dialed in!

Amazing! One of the best in the area. Instructors are top notch, plenty of classes and styles to chose from. Something for everyone! Plus really close to a juice bar, cute coffee bar and Trader Joe's!

I moved to Asheville from California. The yoga at this center is in a category all by itself. I've not ever experienced this connection to myself before while attending these Restorative Classes. Also, the amazing instructors and the people that attend their classes have been such a pleasure.
Warmth, healing, love, and kindness resonates clearly in this space.

As a former studio owner, 15 year career yoga teacher, and founder and director of a yoga school I was hoping to feel inspired and well taken care of by your center. I'm happy to report that the class was informational and well delivered, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the vibe was yogic and peaceful. Can't wait to come back, kick off my shoes, and be a student again!

What don't I like?? The knowledge, insight and sweetness of the instructors is next to NONE! I feel welcome, appreciated and validated when I'm there. I am so grateful to have completed my 200 hr YTT there and all the awesome other opportunities that await me in the coming years.Thank you so much for what you offer our community!!
I attended Yoga, Psychology and Trauma this past weekend with Janelle Railey. I'm still processing what I learned. Informative, intuitive and thoughtful instruction. Unbelievable content.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling through and even the other yogis I was practicing with took the time to wish me luck and thank me for stopping through. It was the first warm shower I had had in a long time and all the facilities were incredibly clean and well kept. It was easy to find, welcoming, and definitely had a family/community feel the moment you walked in. I will definitely return!

Every instructor I've taken class with has had a depth of trained knowledge as well as a wealth of personal experience. The classes are well-described, meaning that when I take a class labeled "Gentle" I can be confident of what I'm walking into, and likewise with "upper level" classes. The training centers and classrooms are gorgeous and everyone on staff is pleasant to interact with.

Yoga marks an endpoint of a long search and a new beginning in my life. For far too many years, I was seeking an elusive something that would fill that nagging emptiness inside. Yoga has provided a spiritual contentment and a physical nourishing that really sustains me. This transformative power of yoga is nothing short of miraculous. I am stronger and more supple. In executing asanas, I have come to not only appreciate my strengths, but accept my limits, feeling a greater sense of peace and shedding self-consciousness. I guess this is what is meant by moving towards authenticity. Becoming comfortable with who I am and finding a true sense of belonging in this yoga community is so wonderful!

Asheville Yoga Center has been at the heart of so many of the positive changes in my life from the very beginning well over ten years ago. From the warmth of the front desk staff to the care and nurturing of their excellent instructors. Namaste y'all!
