  Stayed in High Rock Haven over the weekend for my sister's wedding and it was unbelievable. Perfect meeting spot for my dad and three siblings plus our kids! Incredible views. Firewood. Hot tub. Exploring trails for the kids. Perfect! Thanks Mike!

  Our group rented three of the cabins--High Rock Haven, Retreat, and Preserve--for a wedding. All 3 were lovely and enjoyable in their own ways. Retreat has the best long range view (and an excellent Stiga table tennis table); Retreat and Haven had the most spacious kitchens; and Preserve has a lovely view of the pond and easy access to the trails. We were serenaded by bullfrogs and watched 5 goslings grow from babies to adolescents. We also saw two coyotes, tadpoles, a few snakes, a box turtle, and fabulous stars. The steep gravel roads challenged our Honda Civic, but all in all our time here was idyllic.

  Gorgeous Luxury Cabin with plenty of amenities near tranquil stream !
  Hot Tub!
  Fireplace!
  Fire Pit!
  Jacuzzi Tub!
  Grill! Pool Table!
  Wrap around porch!
  Washer and Dryer!
  Comfy Beds.
  Not to mention the property manager was so freakin nice and super helpful! There were step by step instructions for everything and suggestions on what to explore.
  I mean we showed up to the place and there was a welcome the smell of pine and a bottle of wine there waiting!!!!
  The location was in black mountain was awesome too. A charming town 20 mins from Asheville.
  Totally worth every penny.

  We stayed at the cabin called The Preserve and it was amazing. That place is equipped with all the necessary utensils, entertainment, and kitchen appliances. Loved loved loved the stay! Highly recommend!

  We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mitchell View in Black Mountain, NC! MIke has a beautiful property here with some amazing cabins, including ours. The cabin we stayed in had all the amenities you would want in a vacation property and really felt like being at home. We loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and in the evenings just taking in all the beautiful nature around us. This is definitely a place we plan to come back to next time we want to vacation in the Asheville area. You will not go wrong with High Rock rentals!
