Worthless!!! Just called for elderly acquaintance who fell and they were vague, unhelpful, long wait lists (over a year!), and I basically found they don't do anything but give you the run-around. Shameful to make seniors needing help go through all this. You need to send someone out and do an assessment and hook them up to needed services. Giving them 50 phone numbers to call isn't helpful!
