Server was very much not talkative to me and my family very much felt like he didn't want to be here. Food was ok but service is terrible and need to treat everyone the same. Group sat behind us and he tells them about specials and what new things they have which he didn't tell us any of that. I will not be coming back here because I want to be treated as though you are happy I'm here and not like you don't want to be bothered with me and my family. They need a lot of work with service . And if you don't like your job find something else but don't treat guest bad. I will NOT be back. I have work in the food business and customer service business so I know how you should treat customers and how it don't just make you look bad but makes the whole place look bad and when word of mouth gets out it definitely makes a impact so I wouldn't recommend this place . There are a lot of better pizza places that have better food and a lot better service.
I will never come here again. We chose this place to come and hang out with our mom for Christmas Eve dinner. The food was great. The service not at all. We figured our waiter was in a bad mood because it was Christmas Eve. He was very short with us. He never mentioned any specials. He never so much as even smiled or anything. My husband chalked it up to maybe he is just not a happy person.Until the table next to us came in he explained to them the entire special menu down to the Sweet Potatoe Ravioli and how it compared to the Butternut version they previously had. Mind you the specials were on a board behind us that we couldn't see. Omg he even laughed and smiled with them. I still can't for the life of me figure out what the difference was. We paid our bill, he was tipped well. I hate to play the race card but he was so annoyed when we came in that we felt sorry for him only to find out its not him but it was us just being there. We frequent Fort Worth establishments often and this has by far been the most humiliating experience that my family has experienced. We will never ever be back and it's a shame because the pizza was great..
Great atmosphere, great pizza. Staff is nice. Love their premium meats pizza. Wife likes their Quattro Fungi pizza. Perfect thin crust, wood fired brick oven pizza. We ate outside on the patio this time. Wait time inside was over an hour on Saturday night. It was a nice night but lighting was practically non existent out there. Service was surprisingly fast for how busy they were. Food just Isn’t as visually appealing when you’re eating in the dark. I think they just opened the patio today.
Went for dinner on a Friday evening. Didn't have to wait for a patio table, and service was prompt. Pies were tasty and took about half an hour to come out after ordering. Overall a good experience and nice casual atmosphere.
Amazing pizza and amazing staff. Great experience to take a date to.
While you may have to wind up waiting for a little bit, staff is very friendly and always gives accurate waiting times. This is an excellent place to share a few pies, share a few drinks, and have a good time for a good price.
We always sit at the bar, service is great (Ashly) superb bar tender! Friendly, attentive will make sure you have what you need. Food is awesome, something new all the time!
Love the atmosphere here and the food! I brought my two young sons for dinner tonight and sat on the patio where I could watch my 5 year old play; it was great! Service was fantastic! Plus they have a Gluten free option which my 8 year old loves. We will be going back! Love their Mango ice tea!!
Pizza is good. They brought me the wrong pizza, offered for me to snack on it, I declined, they insisted. Brought me my actual order in a to go box and then charged me for both. Waiters foul mouthed, not a place for kids.
Great pizzas. Really thin crust. Really fresh healthy tasty recipes. Great service.
I've been eating or making pizza my entire life, and this might have been the greatest pizza I've ever tried, specifically the Quatro Funghi, which is what I've always thought pizza could be and never achieved. It is the purest essence of mushroom on a crispy crust with a perfect amount of greens to make you believe there's a chance it's healthy. The pie of the day was lobster. It was phenomenal. Just buttery goodness. The sauce was like a lobster bisque. Couldn't have been happier. Even the cocoa brownie dessert was worth getting. Just don't burn your hand on the glassware. It's hot.
This place offers family style servings, I love that you can share plates. Food has been delicious every time I've gone.
This is the first place I've wanted to order more food in order to take home.
Ordered the Iberian a bit hesitantly since I'm not a fennel fan. The waitress assured me I wouldn't be able to notice it in the sausage and she was right. What I did notice was this oil that must've been drizzled all over it or that separated from one of the cheeses during the baking process. Either way, it made it HANDS DOWN the best pizza I've ever consumed in a restaurant. I'd say best pizza ever but I have Italian friends who make it from scratch at home, including the dough, that is untouchable.
Also recommend the Texas Bibb salad. Was sharing and I ate way more than my share. Desserts were just OK, but won't knock the rating since the pizza is the real star there.
Ugh, please take me back here a thousand times. It never gets old. Love the atmosphere and food every time. Never had bad service in the countless times I've been. Take me BACK!
