  This guest house on Duval St. (just far enough up the road from the dreaded cruise ship crowds) is in a great location - but I don't recommend if your looking for true peace and quiet. Garbage trucks on Monday's pick up at 5:30am, and you'll know it! Casa 325 staff also likes to use power equipment at 7:30 or 8am, blowing leaves, etc. right outside our window.
  
  Clean, nice rooms and a great little deck (we stayed on 1st floor of main house). Pool, and a very tight driveway with limited parking.
  
  Only real complaint: we arrived to find a homeless local sleeping on our deck in front of our door (Key West Welcoming Committee?)

  Our room was great, pool was nice and the staff kept the property clean. Super close to everything down town Key West has to offer. Would stay here again

  Pretty good hotel! Quiet good placement, but some of the apartments don't have that good of a view.

  Our favorite little place to stay in key west. Right in the middle of everything that's going on. Aged but clean and comfortable. Tight parking.

  The rooms are very cute and cozy. Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. Located in the middle of all the action on duval street
