I've used Angel Water for several water-based needs. I have worked with CJ their technician on several occasions. He does a great job. He's courteous, timely, knowledgeable and takes care and pride in his work. He's careful to make sure his work is done properly and is happy to explain what he is doing and why.

Service tech Don was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a quick overview of how the whole house water filtration system works. I was satisfied with his explanation. I easily made my Angel Water service request on-line and the technician, Ryan, showed up promptly for the call. Ryan was courteous and professional while explaining to me everything he was doing as part of the maintenance process. He went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns and took extra steps to ensure all my water systems were working properly. He also reminded me that Angel Water sells salt for softeners with drive-thru service at their Lake Barrington location at the corner of Rt. 14 and Pepper Rd. I have used Angel Water for over 17 years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and professional. I can not recommend them more highly for your water softening and filtering needs.

As I was leaving Costco I was asked if I wanted a free water test. I agreed even though I didn't know anything about the company or who they would send out. Bill Slocum is the representative that came over to do the testing. I must say I was very impressed. He was prompt, courteous, asked questions about what our needs were, and all along was educating me about water! Bill was honest about the conditions at our house, and never did he seem pushy or just out for the sale. I appreciate his knowledge and integrity. He is a good representative of Angel Water.

I just had my yearly maintenance checkup from Angel Water on my 2 yr old water softener. The water educator was the best they have ever sent. Kyle Meek was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, clean, non smoker, and let me know what needed to be done with my toilets and water heater to save me money in the future. I will request him only from now on for future house calls.

Angel Water installed a R/O water filtration system in our home. We had well water which we did not drink (we are out in farmland) and had to rely on bottled water deliveries which were getting cumbersome and expensive. We went through Costco to get our estimate and Bill Slocum, Sales Representative, was very responsive in providing the estimate, answering our questions, scheduling the install and suggesting that we utilize one of their recommended plumbers, Ryan Quinlan, to install our new sink/faucet at the same time as the R/O system to save time. We were extremely pleased with Ryan's work installing the R/O system and our new sink/faucet. Bill Slocum followed up with us after the install to see if everything was done to our liking and we could not be happier with the job. Our water tastes great, out new sink/faucet is terrific and we estimate that we are saving about $1,600 per year in bottled water delivery.

I am So happy with the service I received with Angel Water! From the start of my order with Tim H through the installation of my new and improved unit by Mike B, they were very informative! I can’t say enough good things about Mike B! Such a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and a great worker!!! He even installed my new water heater!! I’m so happy with my new equipment and I would definitely recommend Angel to everyone that needs a water softener!!

I'm thrilled to finally have RO in my own home. Bill was great, explaining to me how my (then) filter was actually giving me "worse" water than was coming out of my tap. I've wanted RO for years and was waiting until the water used was closer to 1:1. The plumbers were professional and did the job fairly quickly. My entire experience has been excellent! highly recommended.

We had water softener and RO installed about 6 months ago. System has performed as it was promised. Water test good and softener has made big difference to skin and clothing. Angle sales person (Bob Kraft) was very easy to work with and did a really good job at explaining the different options with system.

Had our system for almost a month now and really loving our water! Ryan the plumber was efficient and his assistant Tyler was polite. They took their time to be careful in delivering it downstairs (we required a large unit for our water problem so it was challenging to get down the stairs) and when installing our system. Looking forward to the soap samples and trying the all organic product too! Can't wait for Bill Slocum delivers them!

We recently moved into our home and very soon after started experiencing issues of hard water. We decided to have Angel Water install a water softener and reverse osmosis. I have to say from start to finish I had a great experience with this company. Scott was very nice and helpful when explaining the process. He was also able to accommodate my schedule which made the process even better! I was also very happy with Paul who was the person who installed my equipment. He was very professional and I was impressed with how clean everything looked when he was finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with their water. They are 100% professional and extremely knowledgeable.

The entire Angel Water team was great to work with. Tyler was quick to respond to my initial call and set up an appointment to visit and share information about their softener and Reverse Osmosis water treatment products and services. They scheduled our installation for a date within 2-3 days after the order was placed.
Angel Water was very professional throughout the process. I got a call the previous date to confirm our installation; the installation crew called the morning of the installation to confirm a 2-hour window.
Zach and Mike, the installation crew did a terrific job with the installation. They brought protective sheets for the floors and carpets.Very clean and neat work, and walked through everything patiently after the work was completed. Great job overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our entire water treatment equipment upgraded by Angel Water. We found them not only competent in the installation but educators.
We asked many questions and Chris Hansen explained thoroughly the entire system to us. I can now say we can speak knowledeably to anyone interested in water filtration..now THATS customer service!
Plumbers Ryan and Zach moved through the various parts of the installation smoothly and quickly. Everything was tested before they felt the job was completed to their satisfaction.
What a peace of mind it is knowing we have safe water. We highly recommend this company to anyone who desires having the best in water filtration for their home.

My service experience with Angel Water, Inc.’s Anthony Vialpando was excellent.
He was personable, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining every detail of the process he was doing. With this, he also explained future maintenance, issues and costs which could arise with our 5-year old unit. He was mentoring an intern and did this with the skill of a well tenured teacher.
