My family throughly enjoyed our visit to Andy’s! We stayed in one of the sleeps-12 cabins; it was very accommodating for our large group, all of us were comfortable. The farm is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. We’re looking forward to our next family stay at Andy’s!

Great veiws, freindly family-friendly, family owned place. Great spot to stop and catch fish. No catch and release allowed, so be ready to cook fish.

Walk to the falls - The hike was not very well marked so a few times we were not sure if we were headed the right way. We managed to stay headed in the right direction and found the waterfall. It was a pretty view but not amazing. I have hiked to other falls that were more rewarding. I probably wouldn't hike back to it a second time although I think it is something that was nice to do once.

Fishing - There was only one person working to get us set up for fishing and we had to wait a little bit to get set up since they were taking a call which took a while. The scenery from the lake and building above was nice, it was pretty. There were plenty of fish in the pond. Even though there were a lot of fish we struggled to get any but after some patience we managed snag up enough to have a good dinner.

This business has been in the same family for over 40 years. My grandparents took me fishing at Andy's trout farm as a child. I took a group of 36 adults from my church this past weekend, and we literally fished for our supper! Andy's manager, Sonya, arranged a fried trout dinner for us. Our "champion fisher" caught 8 fish, in a fairly short time! There is gem mining, too. Andy's loves to arrange visits for family groups, reunions, retreats, school groups, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They go out of their way to make you feel like family!
