Great institution for the city of Franklin and Johnson County, Indiana. Many don't realize that this was the first college to admit women in Indiana. The campus is scenic and quaint. Athletics facilities are accessible for city residents. The "sports" culture is big among students. A large portion of students either still participate in athletics or at the very least were high school varsity athletes and now are intramural and club level participants. The business school here is tough in a somewhat unreasonable way. However it does yield strong job candidates.

Small college campusyou would spend more time driving around your typical mallthan this campus. Did a tour of the campus with my oldestnot too impressed. Perhaps it was just our tour guide. She seemed more interested in showing us the girls common bathroom in the freshman dormthan showing us actual classrooms.

I absolutely love Franklin College. Campus feels like one giant family. The close-knit environment allows me to not only feel comfortable going to my professors for help but also to be held accountable for the work that I do. Franklin has allowed me to explore fields outside of my major and become a more well-rounded individual. The classwork is rigorous, yet applicable to the real world, allowing me to be better prepared for the graduate school admissions process or beginning my career after graduation.

Coming to Franklin College is one of the best decisions I have made. The small campus and class sizes, along with great students, professors and coaches, creates a very personable atmosphere. This atmosphere on campus is one of the main reasons why I chose Franklin in the first place. In addition to my classroom and athletic experiences, Franklin has also been a great place socially. I have built a lot of long lasting friendships during my time here.
