Ordered an item on December 19. I still have not received a status update to my order, which was supposed to be shipped next-day delivery. I have left a voicemail, sent 2 emails and have reached out on Twitter. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want to know that my package is on its way and will be delivered in time for Christmas.

I would not even offer a star were that possible. I was lied to and spent well over 13000 not to mention all of the little purchases. I am STILL waiting on my cheaply made jewelry to be returned- please do not shop here. The salespeople are misleading

Watch out for the dog and pony show. They will try to get you to pay top price, and will miraculously whittle down the price as they make "mistakes" in their original quoted price and find access to special deals. Not sure where exactly the moving target is, but be careful not to overpay.
