We read some bad reviews, a friend booked it. We didn't spend much time there, although the room was a nice enough. We didn't get bedbugs, unlike it's been reported;t hpugh we were on the the 1st floor adjacent to the lobby. It was fine for a single night stay.

This hotel has a horrible BED BUG AND COCKROACH infestation. I'm here for school and many of my classmates that stay here also have this problem. This hotel is very unclean, infested, and downright disgusting. It has earned the nickname "Roach Hotel" for a reason. This place is also unorganized, they have given strangers my hotel room key twice and the second time a man walked in while I was changing. This has been the worst, most disgusting, and most chaotic hotel stay experience I've ever had.

I wouldn't recommend this unless your staying for more than 2 or three days. We came to the American Band Competition so we were not at our room until late each night. You need your own dishes silverware ect. There is no service here. No coffee, tea ect. You bring your own food to cook. We came back after 1am tonight and we're locked out of our room. It took over half an hour to get someone to come to the desk. They said it was a misunderstanding that they put in we were staying one night. Really ,with all our things still in the room. Very tired all I wanted was to go to sleep.

I am a truck driver who stays for two nights week, this particular hotel is infested with bed bugs and poorly ran, the staff is great but it is a dump and should be shut down, I awoke in the middle of the night with welts and showed the person on duty a video of a live bed crawling in bed, I sent an email to management with pictures and yet to get a response, there is a truck driving school that takes a majority of the rooms and the crime is very bad, there have been numerous break ins since I stayed there and management sweeps everything under the rug, I love extended stay America, the prices are great but not worth getting bit and my truck getting broken into, they also have no breakfast, only muffins, coffee and oatmeal! You have been warned, the other one on Southern,which we stay now is great, so far🤔

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom sink was not cleaned. Beds were stiff and hard. Location was not on navigation the breakfast is granola nars and coffee

I would just like to say that the front desk lady Jennifer was so sweet to us! Really appreciated her hospitality and work ethic! Will definitely be coming back to stay at extended stay in Indianapolis

Jennifer at the front desk made it so enjoyable to stay and had the brightest smile that made mine and everyone's day. VERY VERY WELCOMING KIND AND SWEET!! you should clone her!!

All around a pretty decent stay. Did have an issue with having my room cleaned. But after calling customer service it was resolved promptly. Jen was very nice and did her best to accommodate. But something's were above her.

The booking company explained this location had a shuttle, breakfast, and pool.
The only thing they even had resembling breakfast was prepacked single granola bars, and muffins.
On Sunday I awoke to finding bites on my side that I slept on the bed.
I can not nor will I recommend anyone do buisness here. Upon coming home I have hot washed all my clothes as well as my travel luggage.
I also have to say that the sheets were stained, and the mattresses were a bit run down.

The place was an awesome stay. Coffee and breakfrst was awesome. Ashley was amazing at the desk. Will stay again anytime I'm in town. Very glad our school was able to stay here.

First off I will say I am here with werner enterprises the trucking company so my room was paid for by them. I got put in a room on the 3rd floor and I didn't think anything of it. So I went to my room it appeared clean at first but with further inspection I realized the room was infested with bedbugs so I called the front desk to come check it out they confirmed it was bed bugs so they put me in another room on the 3rd floor. Same thing it appears clean but infested with bedbugs so I began to talk to other werner employees who are at the hotel (all of which are on the 3rd floor) they too said their rooms were infested. So I go back to the front desk (after washing all my cloths for the second time) and ask for a room on the 1st floor they grant me a room on the first floor which was nice but now they are making me go back to the 3rd floor. This is absolutely unacceptable terrible hotel I recommend anyone to go elsewhere. Some of the receptionist were nice and decent but some are flat out rude( to the nice ones I'm sorry but this review needed to be made) beware of this place is cheaper necessarily better? Good luck hope you make the right decision for you and your families.
