Took my staff, service was great. Other than one rude waiter. I am not going to fault the entire resturant for that.

Food was absolutely amazing. Real authentic Italian unlike Luigis on 5th an Washington which gave me food poisoning.

The food was amazing!! The service was even better our server andiamo( I believe thats how you spell it) from vegas😊 was terrific!helpful, great spirit! Ask for him if you want great service. can't wait to come back

Horrible customer service at this location. We had a large party and in order to alleviate some of the chaos that comes with putting in 20 orders at once so we ordered our food in waves. Almost everyone's food still came out incorrect, not hot, steaks not at requested temperature, etc. We informed the manager, Matt about these issues and all he did was pull out a piece of paper and ask what needed to be "comped" in other words given for free several times. We did not come with the intention of getting anything free, and his tone and attitude was less than unpleasant giving us the impression he thought we only complained for the sake of getting something for free. Needless to say we were disappointed not only because of how our food turned out but because rather than offering real recourse (like correcting orders and making it known that he was listening and changing things accordingly with the kitchen) we were left feeling like we didn't matter. The waitstaff was clearly following his lead, by not listening and being rude on several occasions.

I went here for a birthday dinner with my parents and I had a wonderful time. Our waiter (Emmanuel) was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I even got a birthday dessert surprise! I will definitely return for the good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

I hadn't been here in 10 years but came because I was given a gift card. I remembered why I hadn't been back. This is truly some of the most mediocre Italian food I have ever experienced. As a vegetarian I ended up getting something off of their new plant based menu. When it came out, it did not include any of the vegetables that were described on the menu. Plus, it had little flavor. The caprese salad had less-than-fresh arugula and tasteless tomatoes. My dining partner's flat bread was limp rather than having any texture, and was so damp that the wax paper on which it was served ended up stuck to the food after cutting the bread to more manageable sizes. Add horribly slow service to the fairly high prices and you get a pretty bad experience for your dining dollar.

Me and my husband enjoyed ourselves . Our waiter (Saimir) was the best. The other guest was so friendly. Just a great environment for good people. "Team work make the dream work." Very helpful staff.. We will be going back

We really like Andiamo and frequent here every few months. It's not the best Italian in metro Detroit but it's really solid. Good food, good drinks, and nice ambiance. The service has always been very good and it's a nice place for a romantic date.

We had a wonderful experience dining here. The staff was so nice and offered to move us to a better table. The food was very good and priced appropriately. Their bread was good and I enjoyed the salad, pasta and main course. I'll definitely come here again.

Poor service, great food. We dined at Andiamo Royal Oak on a Wednesday night. It took the waiter about 20 minutes to even acknowledge us, and another 15 minutes to get us drinks. Meanwhile, other tables all around us (except for the table behind us with the same waiter) received bread baskets immediately. We asked our waiter about the bread basket and he said he would bring one. He didn't. He finally came back around to take our food orders, apologizing profusely for the poor service. We ordered our food, asked for bread again, and ordered more alcohol. Again, it took forever to get the drinks and still, no bread. The food was great, though, and all 4 of us were happy with our meals. However, we won't be returning because the service was so incredibly poor. Not only was our waiter neglectful (although apologetic), no manager (or anyone else) came around to check on us. We even had to ask for water refills. When I go out and spend about $50(+) per person, I expect better service than that. You can get better service at Hardee's.
