The guys work with you and make it happen fast. I'm never excited about doling out bucks for a new tire, but if you tell these guys what you need, and day you need it on the cheap, they'll do their best to locate the right item for you.

brought my SUV for new tire installation. Bought tires online and shipped to this store. Went on a Friday around noon, said it would be 3 hrs. Ok, I'll come back the next day on Saturday at 8am. Was second in line. Said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 2 hours later they installed the tires. Had to walk out into the garage to check. Then they get to the alignment. They said it was off, so agreed to have it done. About another 30 minutes all finished. Immediately drove on the freeway and the car started pulling VERY hard left at 60mph. Could not keep it straight without pushing against the steering wheel. Went back to the shop. They did another alignment. Immediately drove on the freeway for a 2nd time. Same problem. Went back to the shop. They said come back Monday. Over 4 hours and still car pulls hard left. It was driving perfectly straight on worn tires when I took it in. Came back Monday @ 8am again. This time left it with them and caught a cab to work. Come back at 2pm. They said they fixed it. Back to the freeway to see. SAME PROBLEM. My alignment is completely screwed cause of this shop. $100 wasted.

For some reason I tend to get alot of nails in my tires. Thankfully American tire depot always patches it up for me and opens late so I can go after work. Recommending them to everyone.

I realized there is a nail in the tire on Friday about 6 when others refused fixing it, but the American Tire Depot kindly accepted and repaired it in less than 15 min, Earnest the front desk gentleman were so friendly and reliable,

"WARNING" please consider taking your vehicle elsewhere before doing here. I never went thru the headaches with other places. I decited to do all my vehicle needs here at Santa Monica ATD, Terrible Management, Customers Service nice when buying but when service you no longer VIP, service mechanics not knowledgable, wait time is always 1.5 -4 hrs no matter the issue, I did my oil changes there and had to make 3 trips just for them to remove the service light off, did rotation and all my lug nuts on the wheel were stripped, they tell you to get hazardous warranty and when you do get a flat you bring it there and they make you wait 2-3 hrs , they say its lack of man power, but when you go to the back of shop you can see machanics talking, sitting instead of getting vehicle done. I have had many issues, my last & final stop was my flat, they said they needed 4 hrs to get it done, I said can you at least please put the spare and I can leave my flat tire to gix, service man said no cause that would mean he has to get machanic away from his job. I needed to go out of town that day and I end up having to jack up my own vehicle to change spare. No purpose on buying warranty or even give them any business, when I first started they had a mgr named Diego. He was great and was the reason I came to this place, he finally quit, and now its terrible. So if you really care about your car, please stay away from this place. Thank You

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me.
As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters.
They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me
(for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well😀.
This is quite surprising because they are a franchise, but they are all about providing excellent service and courtesy to their customers!
