Honestly from my experience I was very happy with customer service care I received. Jasmin Mungia was great! I felt treat like a Client not a customer. She was patient, nice, and very throughly explaining all the features in the car plus answered all my questions. I highly recommnand buying your next BMW here!!! I know will.

Just dropped off my car for annual service and all previous reviews are spot on. I usually took it to Beverly Hills BMW but that was when they still were in BH (thanks for moving a million miles away). Everyone just seemed rude and made it seem like me being there was an inconvenience. The service rep tried to up-sell me by suggesting an "annual alignment," which is not included in my free maintenance. I am on my third year of the lease and have less then 10k miles on the car. Really going to charge me for an alignment?!? I also requested shuttle service to take me to work. The receptionist told me the shuttle just left and that i have to wait 20 minutes. I looked at the sign in sheet and the previous shuttle left probably a few seconds / minute before i signed in. Shouldn't you be aware of appointments coming in and shuttle services requested so people don't have to waste their time waiting?! In any event, after voicing my unhappiness somehow a driver just appeared (after the receptionist proceeded to yell at me that i should have signed in earlier and that requesting a shuttle at time of reservation has nothing to do with the shuttle sign in sheet and that everyone should/does know that).
Seriously makes me not want to purchase another BMW (and this is my 4th).response / report this review -

At first I gave one star!, after talking on the phone with the lady that answered, she was very unprofessional and rude, when I explained her the problem with my X1.
I called again and asked to talk with the service manager, after 5 minutes leaving him a message, Danny Garcia the service manager called me back, he was very gentle and very professional, he told me to bring the X1 immediately, he was waiting for me, heard the problem,and together with Cesar the service consultant, took care of the car and gave me rental in the mean time.
The service was rapid professional and excellent, they have me as a new client.response / report this review -

The service center is horrific. I have taken my car into the dealership 3 times for the same exact reason. They have returned my car after service completely discombobulated and misaligned (center console was off center, the trunk wouldn't open, etc.). All they care about is getting your car in and out as fast as possible. They don't actually care to fix the problem that you bring the car in for. Their service department from the top down is rudimentary at their all time best. One would expect better service when purchasing a $75k car.

Horrible, I had my car serviced twice here. First experience was fine with Bill Evans, it went totally smoothly, he is good. I recently had my car serviced a second time with Manfred and it was absolutely horrendous. I bring my car in for the factory 15k service plus I had a leaking tire and there was a noise coming from my exhaust on cold start ups. After coming back they changed both rear tires to fix the issue and balance the car, that was fine, then Manfred calls me and says he never ended up hearing the sound on the exhaust so it is ready for pickup. I pick the car up and see a bunch of exhaust parts have been ordered on the invoice, all on warranty but this is confusing and concerning because he said there was no sound or anything over the phone. When I ask for an explanation I am told he is at lunch, understandable. I call back later to hear what he has to say and a call is never returned until several days have gone by. He leaves a message saying they did end up hearing the noise and ordered parts. I call him several times to get the full story, never a pickup or returned call. Then today the center cap to one of the wheels they worked on was gone, all in all, the reviews are consistent, this place is to be avoided. Too bad because the location is ideal, I will be making the trek to Beverly Hills instead from now on.

Disappointed and will NEVER come back to this dealership nor refer anyone that I know of. No one said hello or came out to see what service could be provided. I was so ready to purchase a new vehicle without any problems.

I can now understand why people gave only one star here. I agree with Brett, the reviewer. I went this place because it is closest from my house and for having a recall services and few things about the system errors. Anyway, guys, just don't go. this place needs to replace whole employees i think. This is even wasting my time for writing review. worst period

I bought my new BMW from this location and lived within walking distance of them while I owned the car for 6 years. I would give them a C- for the purchase experience, and a D for service. I often drove down to Torrence to avoid this location.

Update. The service department is the worst of the worst!!! RUN!!! Clowns run this place.
I was a bit skeptical about going to BMW of Santa Monica after reading the online reviews. I was looking at purchasing a new BMW from Beverly Hills however it was just a bit too far from my house in Pacific Palisades. After some thought my wife and I decided to stop in Santa Monica BMW where we were greeted by Carmen. We were stopping by to look at an M4 convertible. While Carmen was going to get the convertible she showed us a gorgeous M4 coupe that we fell in love with and never ended up considering the convertible. We drove the car and knew this was the car for us. We went in her office and she quickly worked up numbers on a lease. I had previously gotten a quote from Beverly Hills. She made one call to the manager and immediately beat the deal and we agreed to lease the new M4. We left a deposit on the car and made plans to do the lease paperwork the following day. We were called mid day by Nicole the finance director and she actually got a better rate than we were quoted by Carmen and she simply was calling to let us know the payment was $20 less and the car and paperwork were ready! Nicole was wonderful!! My wife and I went after work and picked the car up. The car was in perfect condition and we were in and out in 30 minutes including a total lesson in how to use the car! We could not be happier. By far the best car buying experience ever!!

They have the best BMW accessories department in Southern California. Great selection of shirts and hats beyond what you find another BMW locations. Great service to, Gary and parts was very helpful.
