  It is just bad, the owner doesn't even know how to appreciate customer, they've done my radio with an awful job on my car this time, and I live really far away from the town, i had my old car worked by them perfectly, but this time the work was really bad, coz i really live far away therefore i never have time to come back, and my car was always garaged, the radio is most likely untouched, tho it is after a year, but really, i live so far away and i have to go to school, they still refuse to give me refund, im really upset with it

  Got my car tinted. Didn’t realize the many different high tech options. Bobby explained it all and no pressure sell. My ride looks awesome and very satisfied with the choice I made.

  The staff were truly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to discuss all the available options for my vehicle. Their stereo unit prices were also quite competitive with various online retailers and installation fees were reasonable. Bobby and Mo went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend Al & Ed’s Autosound!

  This shop doesn't deserve any rating and no trust worthy..!!
  
  My experience was very bad so do not trust this shop unless you know this guy/shop and you did some work with him in the past..!! Don't go to this shop!!
  
  The shop owner lied, cheated and did nothing to the car when I went to him for body shop. He was holding a car for more than 5 days and did nothing. Please check before you do any work in this shop!! I asked for a body shop to remove some scratches from the bumper, and he agreed for some amount. He gave it to someone else for the same, and it appears like he asked for more money than we he told me so he dragged the days without even doing anything. Whenever I called, he said painting is done but not yet dried due to bad weather and etc Finally he took me to the body shop which is about 20 miles away from his shop and there I found my car (thank God - it's in good condition). As soon as I got down, he drove away and when I checked with that body shop guy, I realized that he asked for more money for the work, and he was told by that shop owner not to do any work.

  I Went This Morning To Al & Eds. When I Got There I Told Them I Needed My Stereo Installed With My Sound System And They Got to Work Right Away. They Took Less Than An Hour Which Other Places Take About 2. I Recommend This Place If You Want Your System This Is The Place To Go I'll Definitely Comeback.

  You want professional ? You got it! In July 08, I went in on a Thursday at 12 , without calling, The guys were a bit busy and still put me in front. I had a Pioneer DVD player installed and the installation was a quick and problem free. It took about an hour and a half, which is FAR less time than I remember from other places.
  
  In December, I blew a fuse in my Radio, brought it back to Al and Eds in Burbank and they fixed it for FREE. Once again, they cared for me with speed and professionalism all the way.
  
  This past month, when my car was totaled, I needed the recipe for the DVD player so I could add that to the value. All I had to do was send an email, and corporate fax the receipt to my WORK, to my INSURANCE COMPANY, AND Sent it to my email.
  
  Will I ever go ANYWHERE else for Car Audio or Tint: NO
