***UPDATE - After posting the review, I was contacted by Daniel who is in charge of their social media. He was able to put me in contact with the correct person and the order was fulfilled that day. I know that the store was transitioning management and it appears that my order was lost in that transition, but I wanted to thank the customer service rep who did end up completing my order.
First, I will say we bought and received our mattress fine. The issue is that we also were supposed to receive 4 nobility pillows along with our mattress. It has been over 3 months and we have 1 of our 4 pillows. I have called and stopped by the store multiple times and there is always an excuse. One of the times that I called they supposedly were shipping the pillows to the store and it would take a week. They were also supposed to call when they came in. I waited a week and a day. No call, and when I went into the store they had no idea what I was talking about. They always say that I should call later or come back because they are getting a shipment in the next day. The customer service at this location has been terrible. They either flat out lie to you or they don't understand how inventory works. The last time I stopped by the store they had 1 pillow in stock, but the salesman didn't want to give it to me and said I should wait and get all 3. Always an excuse, never any results.

We walked in and the customer service was excellent. We found exactly what we were looking for and got an amazing comfortable mattress at a great price! I highly recommend going here! At the brownsburg location !

We have purchased from here several times, including yesterday. Ask for Dale. We always have a good experience with no pressure at all. Always a fair price. We told him what we were looking for and what we were wanting to spend and he made it happen. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We'll be back.

This place is Amazing and so are the prices!! The manager Gary Craft is unbelievably accommodating and helpful! The selection is enormous awhile having very decent prices. I have never been to another mattress store this well operated! I can honestly say that I will not walk into another mattress store as long as Brownsburg American Mattress is standing!! Thanks again Gary Craft- you were so easy to work with!

I called the store to ask about a basic mattress/boxspring combo, and was quoted a fair price. When I went to the store later the same day, the manager told me the price he quoted was innaccurate and the basic mattress set was in fact more than double what he quoted. He refused to take even a few dollars off the cost of the set, in light of his mistake. If he had been willing to make a slightly better deal, I might have believed he had made an honest mistake. This store has lost my trust.
