Its smelly and dirty 😣😷😰 so that comment is from my 9 yrs old. I grew up in a third world country and never see anything like it. Anyways they claimed you have 15 mins before you can get your refund. So just get out please!!!!!!!

Horrifying, we were on our way home from florida and couldn't drive any longer, stopped at 3 am just to get a few hours of sleep, big mistake, my husband and 4 kids had to jump over holes in the concrete, past the rusted stair case and green pool to reach our nasty fowl smelling room. All of which I was to tired to care about until I decided to crawl in bed, I pulled back the blanket and it had large urine and blood stains all over it!! I grabbed my kids out of the other bed and we ran back to the car, we kept driving and let them keep our $. It was a horrifying experience, just sleep in your car cause this place is nasty, and God only knows what goes on in those rooms!

We walked in and staff was not friendly at all. Secondly we went to open our door and key didn't want to work. We finally got it to work after 5 minutes of playing with it. We got inside and the room was so small. The sheets had holes from cigarettes. It smelt like cigarettes. Then the bathroom shower also had burns all over it. I could not wait to just get out of there the next morning. We even thought about just paying for another hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. But I would have spent another 100 dollars just so I didn't have to stay there. Terrible place.

My stay at the america inn,the hotel managers were kind and caring about my stay at the hotel,the are the best,the rooms are clean and bug free,people leave the doors open, that how they in,the room are clean and bug free,the hotel is under construction and there issue with the hotel it old but the staff make it comfortable as the can with what the have work with

We arrived late at night on our journey to Florida. Never come here. When we arrived the room smelled of feces. The room is dated and we found the source of the Smell. The toilet was stopped up. Went to use the shower and the water was yellow, had to let it run for 10 minutes before use. This was a joke and I'm sorry I brought my family here

This place isn't as bad as people on here claim it to be. Yes it has its issues but the building is over 50 years old. The people working there are trying the best they can to keep the place going and have started doing a good job of it including new sheets, pillows, mattress skirts and comfortors. All the bathrooms have been cleaned to the tee. The rooms smell decent and are actually cleaner than you think. And there are some really good people that work there with hearts of gold so if you get a room from this hotel you are helping some really good people that really do just need a break. God bless and safe travels.
