Cute place, nice rooms, great staff, very accommodating and cozy!

Stayed here with a group and organized the stay for 3 days. The staff was ridiculously accommodating and very fair with pricing. Our group only had the best of reviews. They even tried out new things with the catering menu to accommodate vegans. The rooms were great and there is plenty of space to have break out sessions or just relax with down time. Everything you need is at the hotel plus things you didn't know you needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and surrounded by art in the halls and in every room. Just loved it!

Very clean, quiet, excellent amenities, has a Keurig coffee maker in each room. Restaurant was very good. I would highly recommend The Inn at Wise to anyone traveling in the area.

I loved staying at The Inn at Wise. The room was spacious, well decorated but above all it was clean. All of the staff were friendly and the in house restaurant was very good. They also have a tap room that is open later and they had live music while I was there.

Don't go very often, but when I do it's almost devoid of patrons. Menu is limited. Atmosphere is somewhat austere. I guess most prefer the Pub and Tap room on the lower level. Same menu. Smaller and more intimate. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Awesome hotel with an awesome staff that ensures your stay is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. You can feel the history of the property. Hearing the natural creaking sound in the original wood floors as you walk across them remind me of the wood floors from 50 years ago. Wonderful experience! Plan to return again!!

Very clean and well appointed rooms. All the staff that helped us during our stay were very friendly, attentive and cheerful. Basement PUB is cozy with a wide offering of craft beer and premium liquors. The night we stopped in the PUB an amazing local talent was entertaining the patrons. Thoroughly enjoyed her set. (Britney Carter ~ If Birds Could Fly) Breakfast was listed as a 'Continental Breakfast' but actually a good selection of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and waffles. Charming

Absolutely LOVED this place! It's old, but the updating they've done is perfect! You can still enjoy the charm of this historic building's creaky hardwood floors and the preserved architecture without sacrificing hotel quality. There's now a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant food was still being served when we checked in at 8:20. We loved the charm of the basement pub and look forward to coming back! Great deal for what we paid!!!

This was our first visit here. They have decent room prices! The staff is very friendly. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel and a few other options in walking distance. They have a covered parking garage. The rooms are very nice and updated.

I was kind of disappointed by the experience. I attended a dinner that was catered, so regular service may be better than this. We had a table of about 15 and no one was super impressed with the food. The pork loin I had was tough. The beef pot roast tasted ok according to others there, but was more like a beef stew served in broth with only tiny pieces of meat. The plates came out in 3 batches, about 15 minutes apart each. They only had one server waiting on the entire table, and the poor girl could not keep up. All in all meh.

Stayed here during the snow storm in late January this year for 3 nights. The inn is very nice, the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable amenities. The size of the rooms vary, but none are too small and offer different views of the town. The inn has a storied history, which the staff is knowledgeable of and more than willing to share with you upon request. There is a corner diner that offers excellent breakfasts. Unfortunately colonial room and tap room where closed while I was there due to the lack of patrons, but all the rooms offer a pleasant atmosphere and are very ascetically pleasing. Since there wasn't much going on due to the storm, my favorite room was on the second floor joining the halls to the second floor outdoor balcony. My co worker and I spent most of the time in the evening sitting here playing cards and watching it snow, which it did relentlessly. Needless to say, if I ever come back through Wise, VA I will most definitely be staying at The Inn at Wise.
