Very nice people at the front desk, cheap rooms, but of course they aren't of the greatest quality. You get what you pay for though. That's just the aesthetics though, the room itself was very clean, nothing really to complain about besides maybe the tv being very outdated and the fridge having no shelves lol. Overall not a bad deal for the price.
Very nice place. Clean affordable will come back again
Our room was fine. Clean and perfect for us. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes but we needed the exercise anyway.
The staff was very friendly
This is the worst place to stay at in Virginia Beach! Their A/C leaks outside and inside the room at 71 degrees. The leak drenches the floor next to your bed so when you get up you step into a puddle. The staff doesn't help you if you call. We called for extra blankets due to someone being cold and they said they will be right there and they never showed up. The only thing that was good was that we got to check into the room 2 hours earlier than expected. Would never go back.
Great rates, close to the beach, but not right on. Manager / Owner is very nice. He just needs to supply more lounge chairs at the pool.
Just not what I expected. People fighting in the parking lot complimentary breakfast was just bagels and fruit and coffee the people who waited on us was ok no complaints on that but for 94.00 for one night next time I will pay the extra and stay at another hotel on the strip one good thing they are dog friendly
My Wife and I stayed here for new years 2017. Our room was very clean The heater worked very well and the water was very hot, always a plus. The staff was very friendly. Parking was very good unlike the hotels right on the beach that you have to make a 20 point turn to get out of your space. The location is close enough to the beach that we could walk there had we wanted to but driving is a little better unless your in shape. I plan to come back here again.
We visited in December, so we got a very cheap room. For a cheap room, it was pretty decent. Nothing was immaculate, but most things were fairly clean. Nothing had a smell (despite being pet friendly), the location is fantastic, and the staff were accommodating of all small requests we made. I don't know if I'd have been satisfied if we'd paid more, but this was about as nice as a 40 dollar room gets.
Oh my god.. I may have to get comedic surgery for the bed bug bites. I have been itching for the past three weeks. I was so very sorry for staying at this hotel, it has completely changed my outlook for ever.
Horrible - The photos and description are misleading. The King smoking room was ground level and had a strange odor that was so strong we had to keep the door open for air. The furniture was old, stained and filthy. Plastic on the lamp shades were yellowed and covered in dust and dirt. The bed was tilted to one side and had body indentions from being so old. The bathroom door didn't shut and it was dirty. We left for a few hours and returned to a horrible mold smell and the bed and carpet felt damp and moist. My husband refused to even take a shower. Some years ago when this hotel was a Quality Inn with a different owner, it was very nice, clean and updated. Now it is run down, dirty and stinks of moisture, mold and filth. Horrible waste of money and not happy about this at all!!!
