Reasonable cheap good merchandise it's not like the best merchandise because it's aftermarket stuff but they pretty much have most everything you need for your phone if not more and accessories for your car that you need to put for your phone for a reasonable price they do prepaid phones there they sell phones there yeah I recommend this place anybody they're pretty good and the reasonable you'll find anything you need for your phone and if you really can't find it it's because it was too new on the phone and they don't have it right now

I discovered this store a few months ago and was excited by its massive inventory of cell phone cases. I purchased a new case for my IPhone XR after much deliberation. However, during my visit today, I was rushed by the owner and other employees after only a few minutes (although I don’t believe they were closing for another 3 hrs at 6pm). The owner pressured me to take the cases I was interested in to the front counter so we could open them and look at them together. When I complied, one of his employees met me at the front counter and thought I was ready to buy several items. Unnecessary confusion. I did notice new signage in the store regarding shoplifting. I know that times are tough and so I cannot fault Cellular Depot USA for being on high alert if it has been facing an uptick in shoplifting. But, I have the choice of how I want to be treated and it’s not like a criminal until proven otherwise, so I’ll take my money (and indecisiveness) to a business that’s a better fit. Thank you.

Selction was good. But products are cheap and they charge a lot for them and when I got home noticed they charged me extra 15 dollar when they add the items up. Now going to store to buy a glue because the car phone stand peels off from the plate. Kind of disappointed. Waste of time and money

We have been coming to this store for years and have alwayshad a great experience, but this time, we have a papered service dog, and was told by the store manager (didn't get his name), that they didn't allow dogs in the store, and it didn't matter if we had papers. The workers kept apologizing for him and tried to be helpful. He didn't seem to care if we did business there or not. We probably won't be going back there again! I gave 3 stars for because the other workers were polite and tried to help, otherwise it would have been less than 1 star.

These guys have all the odd ball stuff you cant get at best buy or any other store. Very impressed! I don’t understand the negative reviews because these guys were really helpful! Probably reviews from silver spoon fed millennials!

PRO: They have an impressive assortment of current and earlier cell phones. Smartphone, flip, candybar, feature phone, they have it all. Tons of accessories like chargers and cases. Very good prices too.
CON: You can't actually browse the available phones, they're all behind the counter and not organized for the customer. If you ask for a particular phone the staff will lock onto a single word of what you said and never actually show you what you asked for. Today I said I wanted a Nokia Asha 302 phone (a feature phone with a qwerty keyboard) and showed them a picture of it. The staff said they had a Nokia 311. They showed me, it was a touchscreen smartphone, nothing like the picture I showed. Seriously, if I show a picture of a qwerty feature phone, why not tell me about any other qwerty feature phones you have? Why lock onto Nokia and show me a phone nothing like what I asked for?
I didn't have the stamina to go on a fishing expedition to guide the staff into finding me a phone even vaguely like what I wanted. This isn't like shopping for jewelry where "ooh, I like the look of that" is enough. This is cell phones, with network types and operating systems and features to consider. The staff needs to learn to ask what my "must have" and "nice to have" requirements are.response / report this review -

Went in there there other day and bought 2 galaxy s5 and I'm with cricket they sold me the phones that are unlocked verizon phones now they r trying to call out to international numbers and numbers that r calling me is saying they r interational numbers I've taken these phone to several places and they saI'd I need att phones I talked to these people twice to try and fix the problem and now they quit picking up the phone ,,,smdhI guess that was $400 dollars down the drain

The best intown! They hooked me up with a nice big phone with unlimited Simple Mobile $50 plan and everything for only $70! They even have my other services like T-Mobile, Net10, H2O, Lyca Mobile and more! Everyone should stop by here

Love this store, they have cases for everything. I always buy multiple cases because there is so much to choose from. Best prices I have found and I don't think I have broken a single phone yet! I drop my phone a lot so I always need a case. Friendly and knowledgeable service too.

If you are travelling to LV from Australia, don't bother about roaming. Just drop in here and pick up a SIM. They are super helpful and friendly. You will save yourself a lot of money. Fantastic store.

Beware, they sell international phone, which wouldn't be a problem except they're good for being a paperweight if you are on t-mobile or metropcs. Bottom line is that your carrier is powerless as their phones are treated as "Bring Your Phone or BYOP" so when you get no data and they won't stand by what they sell you can't say you weren't warned. Buyer beware. I'm out just under $500.00 and had to spend another $700.00 to replace that phone so I CAN get data that you'll need if you need Internet or want to use your GPS in your car.

Cellular Depot has huge selection of good cellular stuff and staff are very helpful. We found a very nice iPhone case and a battery.
