Hotel was fine for the night. The main lobby had a foul smell of cat pee. Check in was no problem. The room was clean and just fine for the nite. It smelled just a bit like it had been closed up for a bit. But after I got the heat going it went away. All in all it was a clean place to sleep for the night.

Looks clean. But looks can be deceiving. Bugs were in bed and towels which was a big disappointment. Needless to say a man had prostitutes yelling at 3am for money. If I can rate less than 1 it’d be negative. Disgusting.

Older looking hotel with large rooms and plenty of parking. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and newspaper. Room was clean and most importantly the bed was comfortable.

Smells like mold and mildew plus all the bedding feels wet. Entire hotel is desperately in need of a dehumidifier.

There's a creepy old Indian guy who works there I called room service and asked for an extra blanket but the phone didn't work but the creepy Indian guy could hear me on my end asking for a blanket.

I went to the front desk to retrieve the blanket and the creepy Indian guy hugged and kissed me on the forehead! Grossed me out! Ran to my room to wash my face! Disgusting! What a dump!

Stayed at Springfield, RI room was clean and comfy. Checked in at 2:00am with no problems. Water pressure was nice plenty of hot water. Easy access to Wi-Fi with good signal strength. Will stay here again.

Clean hotel overall though the room had a slight smell of mildew. Checked for bedbugs and did not find any. Mattress was clean and very comfortable. Pillows were small but comfortable.

AC was bone chilling cold when run on max settings. Water pressure was adequate. Ample parking space. Continental breakfast with waffle maker. Fruits, boiled eggs, orange juice, tea, coffee, bread, bagels, muffins, sausage patties etc.
