  Beautiful Inn wonderful Inn keepers. The breakfast was out of this world!

  On Fri. Nov.3 2017 my wife I visited the Inn, met with an Innkeeper whose presented herself as a person who was sitting in while the owners of the Inn were away. After a brief tour of the inn we decided on a room that would suit our needs. With that said, as we were looking to book our reservations a gentlemen came in and assisted the absent minded Inn Keeper as to what dates the Inn was operating, and so therefore we decide on Dec.31. We were quoted a different price lower I might add.
  We left it with all parties present we would follow up with a phone the next day to confirm our reservation . We experience conflicting information on this Inn apparently the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing! This Inn hires individuals to take their reservations who have absolutely no clue what the cancellation policy is. Do not recommend this
  Inn.

  Kristin and Chef Mike are great hosts, B&B was fantastic and breakfast was amazing! Only minutes walk to mansions, cliff walk, thames st, and other places! Great Visit! My wife and I will be returning ASAP!

  I never rate anything
  However Batyberry is a magical spot, the interior and exterior is bright, clean, stylish, and comfortable.
  The staff are so nice and eager to help.
  The professional chef makes beautiful breakfasts, and the best chocolate chip sea salt cookies from scratch.
  Feels like home! Love this place!

  An incredible place to stay. Our hosts Kristin and Mike were insanely nice and hospitable, the room was gorgeous with everything anyone could ask for (they also make a killer breakfast with just about the best coffee anywhere). Perfect location -- an easy walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops anyone would want. To stay in Newport and NOT stay at the Bayberry Inn is just ludicrous!

  Beautifully appointed rooms (renovated completely 1 year ago) and friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Good location near downtown Newport. Everything is very high quality. A lovely place to get away.

  Stayed here with my girlfriend for my birthday weekend this past weekend very comfy, homey feeling. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a beautiful cat named Thunder, who lead us to the front door of the Inn. We were then met by one of the Innkeepers upon our arrival, Jennifer who immediately took note of and accommodated our different dietary needs (gluten free/dairy free) so that we were able to enjoy breakfast amongst the rest of the guests. Our room was very large, beautiful and clean with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It is centrally located within walking distance to all of the main hubs of Newport. We would definitely stay here again.
