I had been a long time customer of American Heating. The folks were very courteous and did a great job. Recently they fell short of my expectations. They sent a lovely gentleman out to do maintenance on my furnace and the next day it stopped working. They could not arrange to have anyone come out for days, and would not refund any of the $315 I paid for the work done. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix my furnace.

Seemed to provide good service but left the garage thermostat at 87 degrees. It was not discovered until the next day when the garage temp was 87 and remained in the 80's through the next day. The temp in the room above the garage was also above 80 making it had to sleep.

Could these guys be any cooler! The owner came out with his trainee to do preventative maintenance on our unit. Ours is a very rare unit that takes some keen know how and John wanted to make sure we fully understood what we had on our hands. His passion to teach us about our heating unit and make it last a long time was very impressive. Great team and great company! Plus the team on the other side of the phone is amazing. Shelly not only answers the phone, but is part of the problem solving team at the company. She is really helpful when it comes to how to apply your warranty and pre paid services. She isn't around just to deal with the phone calls that she encounters.

We hired all American to fix our heating issues at our small business. They showed up several times attempting to fix the problem. All we received was a giant bill and still had the same broken unit. After several failed attempts to fix it, they decided we needed a new $10,0000 unit. We decided to call Tolin mechanical. These guys are awesome. They had it fixed in less than a week for under $500. My suggestion is to shop around before hiring all American heating and cooling.

Last winter we had some major issues with our boiler. The problems were so bad that we didn't have heat for half the winter. I received many quotes from other summit county heating contractors and All American came back with the best proposal. So far this winter the heating system works great. Highly recommend All American for your heating issues.

I have rarely experienced this high level of professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and integrity from a contractor. My experience could not have been better. Called them to repair a busted spigot and they were able to come out the same day and fix it for me. Very nice people in the office and the plumber was very nice also. Highly recommend them!
