Dr. Millett and the entire team at Steadman Clinic are top notch! He went out of his way while traveling abroad to follow-up with us via email and phone calls to ensure we were well taken care of. The level of professionalism, compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail make their customer service and administration amazing, not to mention the fact that Dr. Millett himself is an excellent surgeon. Can't say enough good things about the entire team.

I have used this clinic twice now and my most recent experience with Dr. Haytmanek and Ryan was amazing! Still recovering, but would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of orthopaedics and wants to be taken care of the right way!

Clinic and staff were incredibly hospitable and treated us as if we were family. They are always on their feet and ready to attend. Takes a while to get an appointment scheduled due to the high demand for Dr. Philippon, so plan ahead of time.

Surgery on right hip 9-19-17. I had a wonderful experience while being treated for a right hip labrum tear/impingement. Communication was on point and I had zero issues with staff. Everyone that had a part in my pre-op and post-op care, did an amazing job. The surgery went great, I haven't had any post-op complications to date. Healing up at a steady clip. Very happy with the whole process. Thank you Steadman Clinic & Howard Head Team!!

Dr. Corenman is a class act. I am an ophthalmologist and found Dr. Corenman online. He is an amazing surgeon, great bedside manner, explains everything in great detail, and inspires great confidence. No regrets. I had L5-S1 spinal fusion.

The staff was great. I was treated very well for my entire week stay in Vail after surgery. They have also returned all calls and emails very quickly since if been home. Recovery is going great so far. I definitely think I went to the right place.

I have been coming to the Steadman Clinc for 17 years, and I live in California, and I have 90% of my orthopedic surgeries and rehabilitation done at the Steadman Clinc and Howard Head downstairs. I have had different surgeries with different doctors and each team has demonstrated excellence in problem solving and providing personalized care and treatment. They do a awesome job and they are caring people. I would not be doing as well as I am today if it had been all the fabulous doctor's there. I have watched it start cozy and small and the burst into it's beautiful new facility that reflects the state of the art medicine they practice while maintaining the focus on the patient. Due to my complicated condition I have had procedures across the country with top facilities my heart and confidence remains with the Steadman clinic. They will take care of you, sometimes it take time, but it is always well thought out and done in my best interest and worth the wait.

I brought my young daughter in for a wrist injury. She was treated quickly and we were taken great care of. Dr. Viola and his staff were very professional and she heeled great!

Overpriced joke of an experience that provided zero answers and now refuses to offer any sort of follow up communication on 2nd MRI I was told to get and paid out of pocket for and has operator that has a piss poor do-nothing attitude when you call trying to find anything out, was lied to twice about messsges being sent to contact me, hung up on, and clearly mocked and toyed with on the phone. Spent a ton of money to fly to Colorado believing the hype and thinking this place was something special and paid them $750 just to be told to go home and get another MRI and they'll let someone else look at it, which I'm sure if I can ever get through to anyone, will want another $500 fee just for the privledge of speaking to them as well, even if they have no answers either. So far have spent over $1300 on visit and 2nd MRI only to be just as clueless on what's wrong with me as I was before going there. Large corporate style attitude where you are treated like an object, not a person. Told the operator I'd be leaving a review of how what was going on to which she laughed and said "you go ahead and do that". Wouldn't take these a-hole's "services" for free after being treated like this.

This clinic is Nothing but a bunch of highway people hype. I am a former limb salvage patient of this clinic. My last surgery was an amputation. Countless failed surgeries from multiple surgeons of this clinic. If you want to see photos of semi popular sports stars. This is your clinic. If your looking for good healthcare. keep looking. The women in the office like to cause problems with passive aggressive actions. They don't like that I am a Christian. The office staff had been a huge problem since the Steadman Philipon research institute was formed. Not a surprise sense so many of the doctors in this area like to go fishing from the company pier. Pretty much a Vail soap opera.

I had a heel issue that I decided to get checked out by this clinic in Vail. I was afraid of getting double billed by my insurance company and the clinic if the insurance didn't cover it all. I expressed these concerns to the front desk and the lady told me several times that the clinic would NOT charge me personally! But that they would only charge the insurance company, and if they didn't cover it, then the insurance might charge me. But the Steadman Clinic would not charge me personally. This was a lie! Months later, they have sent me a bill and have called me several times to make me pay it. I have explained the situation and they said they didn't believe me. Plus the doctor didn't do anything for me, just told me that broken heels take a long time to heal and sent me home, had me come back for a checkup a month later (more $$$) and said the same thing. Terrible experience.

This clinic is only looking to get money from its clients, they don't care or understand their own customers. The clinic staff is unprofessional even more Dr LaPrade and his team. I was surprised to see a facility that looks like you are inside of a bank and once you're inside it is empty, almost no patients around. Please make sure you don't get confuse with the rest of the hospital.
