This is my second time leasing a vehicle from All American Ford in Paramus. Purchasing and leasing a vehicle is always a stressful experience but everyone at this location makes it such a smooth and swift process. Dominick goes above and beyond. This time around, I was fortunate enough to have Deamus as my sales rep. He actually took the time to bring a vehicle to my work to allow me to see the color of the potential car I was going to be leasing. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go waiting for me. I highly recommend All American Ford in Paramus!

Fantastic experience. I just bought a new Explorer and the salesman (Mike) was terrific. The staff was courtesy and knowledgeable! I traded in my old Expedition and drove off with my new car in about 90 minutes.

Purchased a specialty truck sight unseen. I worked with salesman Rafael and manager Steve. It was a great experience. Everyone was honest, courteous, and polite. They put in the time to make sure everything involving the deal was worked out and ready to go before I made the trip to pick up the truck. The truck was exactly as described. It was a 7 hour drive one way for me to get to the dealership, but totally worth the drive to work with Rafael and Steve. Wish I lived closer. I'd never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend All American Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Outstanding experience at this dealer in Paramus. My lease was coming up on my truck and I was called by Alex Kostoski about getting into new truck. He was very courteous over the phone so we setup appointment to come and speak. He was very helpful and patient throughout this process. He made the whole experience enjoyable and not stressful. He was an Outstanding Sale Rep for this dealer. He went out of his way to do everything so I could get into the truck I wanted and affordable to my budget!!

What a great place to service your vehicle! Rob was excellent he assisted me with roadside assistance to get my car towed in because it would not accelerate. They had my car fixed in 45 minutes and replaced the throttle body. The work stations they provided in the waiting area were awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for fast effective service, and a very comfortable waiting area!

All American Ford in Paramus really went out of their way to satisfy my needs. My wife was driving our vehicle when the throttle response went away and the vehicle stalled on the highway. She was panicked and our dealer said that they could not get our vehicle in for a week. I called All American and spoke with a manager who told us to bring it in and they would get it in the shop right away while we waited. this was our fist experience with them and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. they had a great waiting area with free coffee and bagels and the waiting room was very comfortable. The Edge we own was fixed within 45 minutes and our advisor Rich was excellent. Overall, we will be bringing our vehicle to this location for all service on our vehicle, fantastic job guys you earned a new happy customer!

Came in for my first service on my new Explorer. Got checked in right away and they turned around my car within 40 minutes -- washed and ready to go! The waiting area was bright and comfortable and the coffee was good! The service rep was friendly and on top of getting me in and out of there quickly.

Service advisor James Nam, is hands down the best advisor I've dealt with in the almost 5 years of using this dealer. He explained everything to me and never seemed bothered when I asked questions. Not once was I thinking"how is this guy trying to screw me?" I have a Focus, and have had the clutch replaced 3 timeshe was the FIRST and ONLY advisor to explain to me i have to let the clutch bed in. Thank you James!

Receptionist in the service department is very nasty!!!! Answers the phone like she doesn't want to be bothered, and puts you on hold every 2 seconds to get an answer! Seems like she doesn't know her job

The cars are great. Good selection, etc. But the post-sales experience really needs work. So having just returned a leased Explorer (which as a vehicle, I thought was one of the best I've driven), got a new lease on a Toyota Highlander.

Was guided toward them because of the Costco auto program. Only Ford dealership in my area and I live in NY. I know. Don't understand it either. But it was a total joke. I guess this dealership is used to dealing with braindead customers because they did their best to rip me off. Also went in there purposely acting clueless and dumb just to see if they would attempt to take advantage of me. Well they took the bait hook, line and sinker. They did their usually round around and back talking but basically in the end I got the vehicle I wanted from the dealership near my house, without the Costco program for $2,000 less than Paramus Ford. This place is the poster child for why people hate car salesman. For most not an honest bone in their body.

My experience at All American Ford Paramus was great! Boris was waiting for me when I walked in and got right to work locating the car I wanted. They even fixed a recall on it while I was there so I wouldn't have to come back. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable with many amenities while you wait. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism I received there while picking out my new car.
