Not only does Raffetto's make some of the best fresh pasta daily they also have a large selection of dried pastas as well. Many types of home made ravioli, gnocchi and sauces to go with them as well as fresh sausages. It's one stop dinner shopping.
Love this place. They have a huge selection of pastas, sauces snd other authentic Italian delicacies. It is cash only and the prices are great.
This is our favorite place to buy fresh pasta in NYC. There is nothing better than deciding on the pasta width you want (from angel hair to fettuccine or wider) and then watching it cut to order on their vintage equipment. Great pasta in several flavours like spinach, pumpkin and squid ink. They also usually have several varieties of ravioli boxed and ready to go.
I discovered Raffetto's by accident after getting their cheese and spinach ravioli at fairway. It was and still is the best ravioli I've ever tasted. It was so good that I decided to make the trip all the way downtown to their store, if only to stock up. I strongly recommend the spinach and cheese, and if you're willing to pay a little more, the lobster ravioli. It's very reasonably priced, and it's still great after being frozen.
The best pasta and sauces at a fair price and the staff is perfectly wonderfull
This is one of my favorite places in the Village. The folks who work there are always friendly and knowledgeable. The food is fantastic. Since I learned of this Village establishment five years ago, I've never been disappointed. The ravioli, fresh cut pasta, lasagna, gnocchiit's all top notch and it doesn't break the bank.
Good food good service. This is still a neighborhood place. Homemade fresh pastas
Purchased the SPINACH FETTUCCINE from Fairway. OMG best SPINACH FETTUCCINE I have ever had. Will have to come in and see what other delicious pasta's you have.
This is the best place in Manhattan to buy homemade pasta (cut to order). Delicious and affordable. A remnant of old New York.
Fantastic fresh pasta- on par with what you'd find in Italy. Reasonably priced.
Your kidding me right? You live in or around NYC and you don't know about this place? Well, best home-made pasta (only you have to eat it right away because fresh pasta jus' don't last!). One of the remaining village/Soho old Italian shops. I always buy the fresh boxed ravioli (cheese, cheese/spinach), but in this case it freezes very well and is readily dropped into boiling water for 8 minutes to make a great meal or side dish.
