This establishment has great prices and selection. I was able to find some bourbons here I was looking for. I was helped immediately by staff to purchase however when I asked two well dressed workers there about if they had particular bourbon the response was," I don't know." One may have been a manager and another an assistant manager but neither had name tags as far as I could tell. Yet one printed out more of forms for me and another opened the locked case. Shouldn't the appropriate response be, " I'm not sure but I can check on that." or "One moment, let me see if we've ever gotten that in."? I thought that was unusual consider service I've received at other stores.

The staff is very friendly and they know what's in the store. The offered to order a beer that they did not hold to make it easier to get. You can't beat the prices either.

Lovely store, great prices, and very kind and helpful staff. I went in looking for three items, having never been to the store (but hearing a lot about if from family members) and having checked the monthly specials on the website prior. I had a nice discussion with the young man at the front specialty counter about the Rao's sauce I was buying by the caseful (for family and several friends back home, given the fabulous price), and he helped me package everything up. Then he handed me off to another young gentleman who got me exactly the wine i needed. Finally, my husband was looking for a 12-pack of a certain IPA. The wine gentleman handed me off to another helpful person in the beer area, who looked hard for an un-refrigerated pack, but couldn't find it. I headed to check-out, and then he came running after me, having looked in one last place successfully. Everyone in the store was kind and most willing to help me on a snowy evening shortly after Christmas, and I appreciated the good attitudes all around. And the prices were excellent.
