For some reason I decided to go in there to check out and potentially purchase a paintball marker and I was made fun of for my selection and every other question I asked was answered with extreme sarcasm. I’m no expert but, I don’t think that’s how you runa business. Walked out of there and never went back. Can’t believe this place is still around.

Two Mondays ago I decided to go to Newbreed Paintball in fair lawn because of the amazing and numerous Google and Facebook reviews. Little to no surprise that all of these wonderful reviews of this place are true. Upon arrival, I met with and was greeted by the owner, Sky, and his super knowledgeable gun tech, Brandon. I needed my Planet Eclipse marker serviced as I haven't used it in 7 years. Brandon showed his true expertise in explaining to me what needed to be done to service my gun. That same day, I spent at least an hour talking about paintball with the owner, Sky. He is definitely the friendliest and also most knowledgeable paintball store owner I've ever met. I've met some paintball store owners before but Sky made me feel more comfortable that my gun was at the right place. Also, Sky is amazing because he makes sure that he's not selling you a product you don't need and is not in the business to rip you off. Rather, he educates and informs you of your paintball needs to help you make the best educated decisions. I went back to pick up my gun on Thursday of that week and my gun was working again in pristine condition. Brandon diagnosed the problem to be a solenoid issue which he corrected but also changed all of the O-rings on my gun and allowed me to blank-fire it in the store. It was like music to my ears. I think what topped off my experience at the store was Sky showing me how to post up behind a bunker and how to practice snap shooting. All in all, this has been the best experience in going to a paintball store to get gun service done, to get tips on how to become a better paintball player, and to get advice on the type of equipment that you NEED and not that you want but don't need. I would recommend New Breed Paintball to anyone who is looking for an amazing paintball store that makes you feel like family, treats you with the utmost respect and compassion, and gives you the knowledge you need about paintball.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. They treat my father & I like personal friends the first day we stepped in the front door. Every employee shows great enthusiasm in helping with anything you need & each show they're personality without feeling intimidated by management. They make you wanna stay for HOURS & provide the best quality gear, rifles, pistols & parts for both your paintball & airsoft needs!!!

New breed paintball is awesom! Sky the owner is very knowledgeable and upfront with his customers. He explained to me all the pros and cons of the marker i was interested in. He is all about the customer being happy with there purchase and is very patient with the customer. The selection is great! The atmosphere is great! The staff is great! I will be returning and i urge every one to come here for all their paintball needs!

This place was amazing. The manager was so nice he helped me pick out my first paintball gun, I definitely will good back!! For more stuff I highly recommend this place for any person that likes paintball or air soft guns.

I went today and it was great! It was a simple but great store. Fantastic service, great guns, and one happy customer. I would highly recommend going to the store if your looking for a great paintball or airsoft gun.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF JERSEY!!! These guys were not only super nice they took the time to explain everything I had a question about in detail. They are genuine people who truly love both Airsoft and paintball! Definitely check them out next time you need anything!

I used Nee Breed paintball for a recent trade deal on line. They were very helpful and quick to message me back as well as talk on the phone and explain the entire process to me. This was my first trade and used them as a middle man to keep both parties safe. This is a great service they provide and I would recommend you check them out. Extremely fast shipping once both guns were received

Been looking to buy a new paintball gun, and a friend of mine had just purchased one from here. Told me it was the place to go If i wanted it, they would have it. I showed up, and sure enough they had everything I wanted! Spoke to the owner, which was very helpful! helped me save money and get an awesome setup! Now, whenever I need anything, Im going here!

Went to the shop to get a marker looked at so I cannot rate on that yet but I did end up buying a new marker. I used to purchase everything online and figured it out as I went along. That was 18 years ago. Now that I don't have the time to tinker around with this stuff as much I decided to find a reputable shop. The owner at new breed is VERY knowledgeable and honest. I'm just getting back into the sport and wanted to get a back up. Not only did I get a good deal but I was given a military discount as well. I know where I will be going from now on.
UPDATE:
The marker the tech at new breed worked on was excellent! I couldn't ask for anything more. When an 18 year old marker gets fixed and works like new, that is a score. The guys there are VERY knowledgeable on what upgrades complement each other and what type of paint to shoot out of my marker. Theses guys are leaders in their industry.response / report this review
