Picked up a package at greyhound. Employees were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to solve technical issues.

I have traveled several times to Albuquerque, Chicago, Seattle and all the experiences were wonderful. Met lots of interesting people, the attendants were great! They even had accommodations for the handicapped which was a number one priority for my daughter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for both of us.

Emplyees don't clean the bathrooms . They tell you 30 minutes rezt it's not true it was an hour which made me mad I could ate a real meal at a restaurant in AB instead got a hot dog & ran thinking I'll miss the train. Every place we went we were late. Fun part you meet cool people & see many things. They really need a smokers room. When traveling across country.

I won't even give it one star if I didn't have to .The employees are rude and aweful to people. One conductor was yelling at all the people for sitting down. The bathroom are gross and staff does not clean them. Also the train is never on time or stops random places because they lose service with dispatch. I read all the reviews and said it can't be that bad but trust me it is.

We Just got off the Amtrak to stretch our legs and kill 45 minutes. We Recommend this small neat convenient/grocery store straight west one block of the Greyhound building called Silver Street market. But watch out for the mullets and homeless trying to sell off their Jesus Juice. Not much going on at 11am on a Saturday so be careful where you wander.

Customer service is horrible. Be prepared for everyone (including employees) to ask you for a cigarette, it looks like a homeless shelter outside, and they will "lose" your luggage if it looks valuable. I'm still waiting for my claim to be processed and it's been well passed the 90 days Very disapointed with greyhound.
