Good luck scheduling ! IF someone answers, be prepared to be transferred to a voicemail. Take my advice and don't hold your breath for a response. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. In the process of having my records released to my new physician. Been 3.5 hours and god knows how many phone calls and voicemails, with no luck..!

Very caring and thorough staff. But dont expect anything less than a 30 min wait, and that is just in the waiting room. Tack on even more of a wait once you are in a room.

A workers compensation injury to my nose. I was referred by St.Peter's Hospital. I had an appointment the first day after the weekend- Saw Dr. L Kaufman. He evaluated my nasal fracture- referred me to surgical scheduling. I was surgically repaired at Albany Memorial Hospital 7 days post injury by Dr. Adelson and seen promptly for my preferred follow up appointment 4 days later. I was reassured to contact the office if I had Any concerns or problems. The office staff was polite and prompt.
On my way home from surgery the CVS didn't have my Rx for pain med. A quick call to the office nurse solved that issue Very Quickly. My experience has been excellent so far in my recovery.response / report this review -

They could care less if there patients that are children are in pain. Can not get an Appointment with a Doctor always have to be seen by a PA that could care less. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

The doctors are good, but who makes young kids wait untill 12 pm for surgery.. Such bad scheduling system they have!!! I guess if they weren't so worried about cramming people in to make money it would be different story!

I've been going here for years for allergy shots. I'm always in and out quickly and the nurses are readily available via the portal for any questions. Dr. Kuhar is highly recommended.

Horrible. They screwed up my appointment and made it seem like it was my fault. Wanted me to wait even longer to be seen after waiting a month to get in. Terrible PT care.

My daughter was diagnosed with asthma by a different provider and I was told she would need to take steroids at a very young
age. When I went to see Dr. Gavin he suggested to try allergy medicine first because he did not believe she had asthma. He was right and I'm so glad that my daughter wasn't misdiagnosed, thanks to a good caring provider.
The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I would I highly recommend this place to anyone. Very professional yet caring office.response / report this review
