Arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment. Wasn't seen until 4:50 no apology for wasting my time and found out doctor didn't know my case or review my MRI. Waiting again so he can review images! Once time to check out I had to wait until Jennifer the billing person to get off the phone with her boyfriend. Rude and inconsiderate staff, horrible experience!
