The personnel are caring professionals who make a great team. It is a pleasant experience for both my pets and myself. They also work with shelters and provide first-time visit at no charge for newly adopted pets. Be sure to discuss this with the shelter where you are adopting so they can refer you to Skylark
The staff was nice. The vet was nice. They just didn't help my dog. I did it myself.
Amazing people and amazing service. This will definitely be my new vet office. Very reasonably priced as well. They took care of my two dogs quickly and with the utmost care. They were very detailed and explained everything to me.
Amazing place with amazing veterinarian & staff
Cheapest office visit u will find. Caring loving girls at desk and the assistants are even friendlier than most . They care u feel it. They saved my best friend Susan. If not for them I would not have her now. God Bless them everyone
Quick, friendly, knowledgeable service. Clean environment. Animals are not afraid of staff or office.
Wonderful and caring staff, highly recommend you taking your pet there.
Everyone who works there cares about your pet. You usually get taken in at your appointment time. The vets are wonderful.
My son took his English bulldog Lucy to Skylark for shots, medication, boarding, and grooming, and now I am taking my Maltipoo Zoey to Skylark. Dr. Nelson and the staff are very kind and gentle. I have called with questions and have gotten accurate and professional answers every time. Highly recommend these caring people.
This place was very great with our animals while we had them boarded
Nice and compassionate staff
I have had some bad experiences with vets trying to over charge me for products not needed. I chose to give this vet a chance. The Dr. Was very nice and good with my dog. The downfall is that he took my dog to the back room only to check his weight. In the mean time my dog was getting checked for parvo and worms at that time as well, without my consent. So needless to say, getting his weight checked turned into a $70 charge without my consent first. He then proceeded to tell me that my dog was not leaving the vet without getting his Parvo vaccine. So on top of that, the vet visit fee, the vaccine, the charge for the test without my consent, another shot for the problem the dog came in with and the 3 medications he was put on, i endured a hefty fee. I tried calling the vet back later during the day after i had done research on the medications. All the medications pretty much did the same thing. I asked if i could return them and i was told no. Now I'm on to find another vet thats not after my wallet and actually informs me of whats going on before racking up my bill.
I have 4 dogs that I bring here and the staff and vets are fantastic. I would recommend this vet to anyone in need of a caring environment for their fur baby.
