Great bike shop! The staff here has always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure I walked out with what I needed. They tend to have higher end bikes and gear, so just about anything you could buy at this shop is good! I also learned a whole lot about maintenance by talking with the guys who were always willing to help out and answer questions. I would not hesitate to send any of my biking friends to this shop, and do make referrals whenever I can. Thanks guys!

Very nice shop had what many other shops did not. The service post sale was also quite good.

Great knowledge base and good inventory of mountain bike components. They happened to have all my parts and had my semi custom bike built in a day. Great customer service.

I love this bike shop. I feel like a kid in a candy store. They have a great inventory and take the time to help me with all of my needs. They have made a loyal customer out of me and I don't plan on going anywhere else for any of my biking needs. I drive up from Tempe to shop here and it is worth the drive.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR BIKE FROM AIR PARK. No wheel spacers, hubs were sticking out of the box. The cassette was _resting_ on the top tube. No frame wrapping material. Custom paint job ruined.

    But what a flashy store!!!

Great local bike shop in a pretty cool shopping area. All the guys are friendly and professional. I like it that they give employment and learning opportunity to the kids with a passion for bikes and riding. It is the whole sense of community that exists in this shop. They have always taken care of me all the friends I have referred. Not sure what the bad reviews here are for, my experiences have always been 5 star. Steve and Jay are always helpful and their prices are less than several other places I have done business with in the past. I'm happy they're in my hood. :)

As much as I hate to give any small business a poor review, I feel it's my duty to report my experience with Airpark Bikes so that others don't expect too much from this store. I purchased a $3,000 ebike from them a year ago and was promised a throttle accessory at no charge. Despite my calling them almost monthly for at least 8 months, they never returned my calls and never got me the part. Every time I called, it was: "I ordered it - I'll check on it." About 6 months after purchasing the bike, I accidentally broke a brake handle so I returned to them for a replacement. They said they'd order it, but, again, never called me back. These are the reasons for my 1 star review.

Spent nearly $100 for flat repairs and flat prevention items. Bike tire went flat within a month of having the work done. Brought the bike back to these guys thinking they could do something to help me out. Found out otherwise , as they evidently "do not cover thorn punctures." I understand we have an abundance of thorns in our desert region, but I would think that they would make an exception to satisfy the customer here, considering the minimal time that went by.
Ended up purchasing a replacement tube at WalMart, which is what I should have done in the first place.lesson learned.
Will not be going back to this shop in the future, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
