We had the pleasure of dining in this establishment with another couple and it was the experience of a lifetime. Our cooking person was DANIEL (if you have a favorite cook person you can request them) and he put on a culinary exhibition of cooking skill that I had not seen since my visit to Tokyo in the early '70s. We will surely revisit here again soon and every time we have out of town guests. Great family atmosphere, marvelous service, and a menu to fit every budget. When you go there ask for DANIEL, you won't be disappointed.
Great dinner and show by chef cooking your dinner. Food prepared at your table and cooked to perfection. Enjoyable atmosphere. If your birthday celebrate here.
I went to enjoy happy hour and boy did I!!! The variety of low-cost, yet very high quality sushi, is AMAZING! My server, Pam, was extremely attentive and friendly! I will absolutely be a repeat customer and recommend Osaka to EVERYONE I know!
Happy hour sushi deals are fantastic with a large variety and the specialty cocktails delish. My favorite.. the Key Lime cocktail. Mom's favorite place for sushi and we're here often. Excellent service. Suggest reservations.
Went for my brothers birthday and they made it such a fun time. Great food and the chefs were super entertaining. Will be going back soon.
This place was great! Service was wonderful and food was good. I’m pretty sure the birthday song is burned into my brain but it was catchy in a fun atmosphere. I would definitely encourage reservations because this restaurant was a hot commodity. If you are looking for something more intimate where you can have a deep conversation this is not the place to go. It’s constantly loud and you really have to speak up.
I have loved this place since we first found it. My wife and I go as often as we can. We have yet to find a roll we don't like. The staff is friendly and the sushi chiefs are amazing. A definite must if you like sushi.
The food here was fantastic, the waitstaff and the chefs were excellent . The prices here are extremely competitive for teppanyaki. However , I have some deep reservations about the management. We called in for my sister-in-law's birthday, and made reservations for 8 o'clock. The staff was insistent that we showed up at 7:45. Well, we weren't seated till well after 9 PM. After that everything was great, but I don't like being made to wait for a table for over an hour. Especially, they were just waiting for other people to clear out after they had been at our table for a long time. At least, offer them a seat at the bar and a free drink to clear out the table. They'd rather keep us waiting: they told us that they couldn't tell them to leave. That's total BS, this is a private establishment. Get your policy straight.
I've been to Osakas in other towns that were fair to good, but this one is the best. Really fresh sushi, friendly staff and good service. Try the spicy avocado salad, it's amazing!
I want to return here again. Make reservations to get the best seats! It was AMAZING food I had the chicken and the steak and it was all around a fabulous time !
Great restaurant for a family gathering. The sushi bar is amazing. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is exceptional.
They have amazing Happy Hour prices and a large variety of roles and appetizers. Their roles are generous in size but have less rice than we are accustomed to. The Jalapeño appetizer is a must try, along with their mixed drinks. Some roles were very quick to arrive at out table and the others were worth the wait.
We absolutely love this place. Its always busy but the best teppanyaki place around. Everyone goes for their birthday so expect to here the birthday song 5 times while you are there but we don't mind it. The chefs are fun, food is good, and the white sauce is key. Oh, and did I mention $1 Sake on Tue!!
