Staff was friendly. Food was amazing! Prices were affordable. We will be going back a lot. I am not a big meat eater. It has to be very flavorful and cooked perfectly for me to enjoy otherwise I don’t eat meat very often. I saw a video online about prime rib and I’d never had that before. So I went on google maps looking for a butcher shop to buy some to make at home. I happened upon Midwestern Meats and saw that they had a restaurant with good reviews. Why mess up expensive beef at home when I can have it made for me by someone who knows what they’re doing??? So my husband and I went that very evening. I tried my very first prime rib and I am so happy it was here. It was so delicious and I will keep coming back and probably get the same thing that’s how much this non meat eater loved it. Oh and don’t get me started about the onion rings! The best I’ve ever had and my husband and I have had many kinds of “homemade” onion rings. Keep doing what you’re doing. I want to get more people my age (30s) to come to this place. It looked to be a favorite of my parents generation but more people need to know about this place.

Really good club sandwich, chips and Cole slaw. Also, bakery has really yummy stuff. Can't comment on the meat department.

Best ribeye I've had! (Btw, their chicken fried steak is a work of art!) Sides were delicious, just like Grandma made. Very generous portions. Servicefast, friendly, courteous and accommodating. We visited with my elderly mother and my friend's autistic daughter. Our server (I'm sorry to say I didn't get her name) made each of us feel comfortable and welcome! Kudos, mystery angel! Kudos Midwestern Meats!

Prime Rib and steak were excellent at the restaurant. I've been back there 3 times in the past 10 days and the steaks and prime rib are truly tender corn fed beef. You won't be disappointed.

Our retirement community sponsors weekly events with one of them being Midwestern Meats dinner at least once a month. During the winters our groups are larger when all of the snowbirds are in town. But during the summer those of us who call Arizona home look forward to the 2-for-one meal that Midwestern Meats offers. We printed the 2 for one specials for July & August & planned our events. We arrived last night and after being seated, learned that this special was no longer being offered. I'm sure others were disappointed as well as the restaurant was nearly empty. I heard others asking about the special only to be told it wasnt available. You would think that if a group comes in knowing about the special that it would have been honored (we always make reservations.) There are so many other restaurants in the area that will welcome our business starting next week. We had to cancel our August event to Midwestern Meats Restaurant.

Awesome meat market! I love the frozen stuffed burgers. They are delicious. All the meats are super fresh. They also have a lot of condiments that can only be bought in the Midwest like cookies BBQ sauce. They also have a restaurant and bakery but I haven't eaten there. My only change would be to have another location closer to my house in south chandler!

My wife and I eat here about once every 2-3 weeks. The food is always great. The service is well above other "fine" restaurants in town. The bakery and butcher shop always at their best with service, prices and product.. Anyone that gives a bad review must be thinking of another place.

Originally from Iowa and absolutely love the quality of meats from here! It's a little bit more expensive than your typical meat at the grocery store but its definitely worth it! Quality over quantity.

Home cooked dinner. The Prime Rib and all the cuts of meat may not be all "snazied" up like a fancy steakhouse, but they are every bit as good and half the price. The chicken fried chicken is awesome!

A friend recommended this Meat Market, we were not disappointed the meat is a little more expensive than at the supermarket but very good quality.
We also tried the restaurant, my husband and I both were very satisfied with the meal only $9 a plate for what we had very delicious the service with a little slow. But overall a great place to eat.response / report this review -

Excellent meats in the butcher shop. The deli hot dogs have a casing that snaps like a brat Amazing on the grill and cheap to boot.

I've been going to this place for about 15 years now for my meats and enjoy eating at the restaurant from time to time. I read some of the bad reviews and have an extremely hard time believing these people have even ever been here or even know how to cook!! Sounds like angry old snowbirds more than anything. I grew up in Iowa and go back frequently, the meat at Midwest is better than what I get up there. If you want quality pork, beef, or even chicken--this is the place to go!!!
