I live really close to this salon so it was really convenient for me to go here regularly. However, I never really enjoyed the customer service and after yesterday I finally decided to move on to another salon. I had a appointment made for 6pm and it wasn't till 6:20pm that I was lead to a table, and then left to wait more. I finally just decided to leave. There was no apology for the wait either. This isn't the first problem I've had though. I've had a lady do my nails while talking on her cell phone; not paying attention and causing my cuticles to bleed. I Also had a lady mess up the nail polish and blame me for it and was going to let me go home knowing I had big dents in my polish.

Very impersonal and inconsistent. I've had pretty good experiences. However, my last experience was awful. My nail technician was Jen. She was HIGH. She kept getting up and leaving (8 times to be exact) and came back smelling awful every time. My nails were a wreck. I showed the front desk afterwards so I could get someone else to fix them and before I could finish explaining, they called Jen up to take a look. She was clearly angry with me for saying something and aggressively filed my nails more.
Not pleased. For such a busy, nice atmosphere, I expect more.response / report this review -

The staff was very friendly - I came in and asked if they could do the cats eye Gel they said yes. She did caution that the color may not be as intense and the samples. Not everyone can do it well yet my normal shop struggled but it was livable but they waived the up charge fee for it. Here It looked nothing like the sample and I ended up multiple colored nails no cat eye effect . They charged the full 51$ And I have to have the completely redone again :(

I have been going to Scottsdale Nails for five years and was very disappointed in the service my daughter and I received today. I had a new set of acrylic nails done and the product is thick and does not look natural at all. The nail tech seemed hurried and was extremely rough. The clear coat was sticky and not shiny, and I was told I must have rubbed it off when my hands were placed under the UV light. Another coat was applied, no apology just a quick fix. My daughter asked to have the SNS gel application done. This took an hour and half, and they still couldn't get it to dry or look professional. My suggestion would be to have your nail technicians fully trained in a new product before introducing it to your clients. We both left thinking about finding a new nail salon for our next service. Very disappointed in our experience today.

I love the place!! Their services are incredible! Very affordable and the results are just so freaking pretty! Tons of nice pretty nails color to choose in here! Very impressive for the first time experience

The salon is always so great when I go in! They were able to get me in right away and I barely have to wait at all. Not only the employees were all very friendly but I love my new tech the most. She is very friendly very sweet and so talented

One of the reasons I believe Scottsdale Nails deserves a five star review is the level they go to to keep every foot bath clean. Each customer receives a new plastic liner in their foot bath so no bacteria is transmitted. Not mention the level of service is beyond any other nail spa I have experienced. When it comes to manicures they are the best. I have tried many places over the years and I can tell you that they take time and put much effort into making sure you have a perfect manicure. All of this is done for a very fare and reasonable price $$.

So glad I found this place! The place was super clean and they were very polite! I love the staff here a lot! Such a talented people! Also my tech was the best! She is so sweet and incredible with my gel manicure
