Wow this store sucks really bad. Don't know why I ever went back other than they are so close-by but I doubt I will ever go back. Seems no matter what you need they are out of stock. They re-order things in quantity of 1. You never see the same employee twice. The owner should take a loan to take a business course and use the rest to order inventory. I wish google would let you use less that 1 star.

Worst place to shop theyt are rude and wants to take your money one way or other,also they did not honoed the ace rewards gift card. The only way that they let you used is you purchase a regular price. And they jack the price. So a gift card from ace is useless for them they amanager and staff are rude . And discriminatory against minority. Rather go to the one in west babylon. They are more profesional.

Friendly place! I used to go to Home Depot for my shopping but now I swing by ACE since they are closer and I know they have more people who are willing to help you and answer your questions.

The people here are rude and inconsiderate, the lack of courtesy is downright criminal and the prices are outlandishly high, unknowledgable about the most basic of plumbing, i should have known how terrible they are by the fact the parking lot is empty everytime i drive past, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! Youll thank me later :)

I love this Ace. Everyone there is very helpful and they give you the feeling of an old time Mom and Pop shop. I can find everything I need there and I no longer go to the huge stores like Home Depot.
Guve them a try. You will be so HAPPY. I am.
