I came here to look around and it is amazing they have quite a selection of Atvs, Razors, jet-skis, etc. It is cool just to come here and look around at the awesome machines they have. Also my dad is buying a razor here at the moment and is very pleased with the people that work here. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is a off road vehicle enthusiast.

I worked with Matt on the purchase of a 2018 1000xp rocks & trails edition rzr and the Experience was absolutely amazing. Although have a Polaris dealer 2 miles from my house I chose American Powersports due to the time that Matt and the service department took with me to put together this Limited addition custom rzr. James in the service department kept in contact with me every step of the way in the assembly of the machine. I would highly recommend this great team to any of my friends.

I have had 3 positive experiences with American PowerSports. In April 2017 I test drove a 2016 Spyder RT Limited with 1 mile. I decided to trade my 2011 Can Am RT in and bought the new one which I have been glad I did. My salesman Mike was very polite and professional. He helped me thru the whole process. The bike did have a problem with the steering unit and the service Dept was also very perfessional and great in taking care of the problem with the warranty. Mike in service also was very helpful. I also had bike in for the 1st oil change and service did a wonderful job and even cleaned my bike up for me before I picked it up.
I came here on recommendation of a few friend due to no respect or attention from sales when I wanted to talk to a sales person at Honda East about a Can Am. 2 different times I wasn’t given a good customer welcome or time and don’t recommend Honda East in Toledo. I do recommend American PowerSports for if your looking and the service Dept A+ also. Just don’t understand why all the negative remarks left by people on here. Bought a brand new 2017 wr250r from them, 1300 mile later the clutch lever started fraying. I took it to them for warranty and the next day they called me saying any cables brakes and other misc. Parys arnte covered. They then said it will be 89 dollars abd tax, to simply look at the cable.

Though I cannot speak on buying a machine from this place, I can say that the staff is very professional and friendly. Prices seem to be competitive and sales persons are not pushy but answer any questions you may have

Walked inside to browse being I had the time. Enjoy looking at vehicles for off road travels and everyday pleasure cruises. No pressure sales, simply told them I was browsing. Some photos added of what they have.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! On 2/21/2017 my wife and I made a deal on a Can Am Spyder 2016 new on showroom floor. Told Phil Mclaren, my salesman, We'd be back 1-00 pm next day to close deal. Arrived and was told price was app. $3000.00 more than quoted. Wrong model was quoted. They were as rude as any salesman as I have ever seen in 25 years. No sorry, No we apologize, just very much " it happens". We traveled 40 miles, was kept waiting 2 hours, and then found out they knew about it the night before. No call, lets us drive, take off work, and costs us 2 days of time. As a U.S. of A. veteran, (US ARMY) I encourage future customers RESEARCH this companies reviews. Then make your decision. Call parts for Tire price and Travis gave me prices twice as high as any other powers ports place and they are rude when answering in the parts department, had to ask fir his name three times. I'll never call them again.
