I'm a broke commuting college student, who can't drive, so I love Tarta. The drivers are very kind ( most of the time). By the way the times are approximate guys; the schedules can't foresee inclement weather, or traffic jams. Have just a little patience. Also The driver of the 35 (morning) is so kind and cute and he is just amazing. Good pick guys.
Not the easiest to understand compared to other cities but staff was helpful and courteous to me and my son - and it was wheelchair accessible for me.
Buses are easy to catch and usually on time during the week. The weekend not so much
They are awful & can't even answer calls in the right fucking order! Their slow & awful! They can't do anything right & mostly in need of workers who can actually take calls! I been on hold for 20mins! Wtf!
Don't call (419-243-RIDE) Because the lady's just lie to you! After waiting almost 2hrs for the bus that never came I just walked.
(F*** TARTA!)
Tarta is a fairly cheap way 2 get around and me and my wife dont mind buses but we just wish they had better security at park station and expecially goverment station and the 3 stars also come because alot of the bus drivers are very rude and the new black ladys at park station are so rude and hateful and dont know nothing boo boo!!! Tarta tax payers pay so much get it together a little more and please fix up some of ur buses
Buses are starting to look really run down. You either get a good bus or a choad on wheels.
Update: 20m driver at 3pm left me waiting in a blizzard. Ill just leave tarta when they need help.
Buses are taking a beating because of the streets and also daily you have a few riders with no regards to the rule ..I commend the drivers for all they do keep up good work tarta drivers
Almost got hit by a bus today apparently they dont teach these driver what the right of way is. If my son wasnt in the car i would of let him hit me and got paid.
In the 90's TARTA was pretty good. Could get around easily and cheaply and they were on time.
It's obviously not the 90's.
