Rooms were nice and clean The parking lot get full and I didn't like parking around the back Smokey Bones is in walking distance.

Clean hotel! Provides breakfast in the morning. Located close to multiple restaurants and shopping. Perfect location.

This Holiday Inn was nice. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was not super interactive but overall helpful when needed. No free breakfast, had to add it to your daily rate if you wanted their breakfast. Overall the rates were a bit high for what the hotel was offering. No complaints otherwise. Would stay again if in the area.

Issues started at check-in. Room was booked by co-worker, asked to change name at check in and front desk person took all info but didn't change it. Then he forgot to give us the coupons needed for breakfast. Breakfast was plain. One of the worst "hot" breakfasts I have had from a hotel. Bacon overcooked, stale bread items (including a English muffin that turned into a hockey puck). Potatoes were oily without flavor. The bright spot was clean rooms. No sign of bugs, clean bathroom, etc. 5 stars to the housekeeping staff. In closing, front desk employees need some work, breakfast is bad, rooms are clean.

Very clean place. In a good location. Lots of food options in the area. I didn't not stay overnight but conference rooms and lobby were very clean and service was good.

We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in the suite and it was very clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing and well worth it. We would love to come back sometime in the future.

Clean and comfortable. Room was nice and modern. The shower pressure was one of the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Bartender was friendly. I had reserved a rate that came with breakfast and a drink but was told they didn't see that at check-in I had to pull up my reservation myself to "prove it" to them. When I first went to my room, my keys didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed.

Very comfortable beds and rooms are up to date. Staff was nice and let us check in a little early so we could leave for our venue. Highly recommend

Came for a wedding. It was alright. They could have made a better bar area. The food came out slightly cold, but tasted good otherwise. Staff was pleasant.

rooms were clean and quite, with a mini fridge and microwave plus a desk. optional breakfast in the morning. pleasant and accommodating staff. there's a bar open till 5 to 10p. plenty of free parking. there are several places to eat within walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past three years for a sporting events for my children and have always had a very enjoyable experience. This year, when I went to book, I was informed that the hotel went under new management and they could not honor a credit I had from last year. She told me I would need documentation. I was not provided with any documentation and last year when I spoke with them about the situation, they said I would just be able to call and they would be able to credit me with the extra room based on my reservation and confirmation number. I don't feel that it is my issue they went under new management. I should still be provided with some type of credit despite what they are or are not able to pull up in their system. The best she was willing to offer was that I pay full price for the reservation for this year (which I was willing to do) and then she could give me a voucher for a room in the future but it would only be good until the end of 2017. That doesn't do me any good, I only have reason to visit that area once a year, in February. I only needed her to extend the validity of that voucher until the end of February 2018 but the new ownership was not willing to do that. Needless to say, I will not be staying there this year or in future years. I was highly disappointed with this new ownership after three years of a wonderful experience.

I have been staying here for 15 months. The staff have always treated me great. Rooms are very clean. Every request has been addressed promptly. The maintainer here is great as well they are always updating on rooms with stays over 30 days. No noise problems which is a big plus for a working person. Thanks Rick Davis

Stayed here a night after a concert at a local show. Had some billing issues and questions was promptly and friendly greeted by Yash. He was very helpful friendly and professional. Would highly recommended coming here based on our experience with him. I wish all hotel personnel could be as friendly and helpful as he was.
