Bottom line is they're crooks. I've read the reviews and heard nasty stories of them towing at their own will. My review comes from parking my car in the lot and space associated with Prompt Med Urgent Care for a medical appointment. When I came out an hour later ABC towing left a "final warning" stating that my car would be towed next time. ABC, get your facts straight and make an honest living like the rest of us.

After sitting in my car for almost 30 minutes, I called them today to tow someone who was parked illegally in my spot and they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately, the owner returned before they arrived so I quickly called back to let them know. They were very friendly and I will definitely use them in the future if someone steals my parking spot again!
