Sherri in motor cloths is always upbeat and friendly. If ya can't find what you want she will find it for you or help you place an order. Just a great lady..the entire dealership treats you like family and the service department from front to back are excellent. Always a fun great experience to stop in to buy, browse, get something fixed or just to visit..

“Brian listened to my problem, as well as Ernie. Both seemed concerned that the bike was pulling. After they both rode the bike they agreed there was a problem. They also found another problem that could have been catastrophic. Everyone there in service is Top Notch. I was treated in a professional manner and was kept aware of what was goin on with my bike. My friend and I were in the store a couple of times recently (while taking the new riders' class) and Kelly was friendly and informative every time we saw her. She handled several different things like sales, credits and questions very professionally and with a great attitude. The new riders' class was awesome too. Would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about riding! The coaches are fantastic!!

I had the thousand mile service done on my new Street Glide and it was a perfect experience. I needed some things adjusted and fine tuned, and Ray and Kelly were helpful as always. The mechanic did exactly what I needed him to and the detailing folks did an amazing job making my new bike look great. I can't imagine having some other place work on my bike.

I bought my first new Harley (2010 Heritage Soft Tail) and was treated with respect.I had some trepidation about buying a HOG because of the reputation they had from the 70's. Kevin Jennings showed me all of the improvements and how much they have advanced in the 40 years. So I bought it and fell in love! I put on almost 3,000 miles. Then 63 days later I killed it when a lady turned in front of us going to a yard sale. Chevy trucks are truly built like a rock. After being released from the hospital the dealership was very happy to see me still walking around. In less than two months I was buying its replacement. The best decision I ever made. I now own a 2011 Road King Classic. Every step of the way the dealership was there answering my questions and making me feel like I was their only customer. I could not ride yet so the dealership delivered the bike to my house for free. I drooled over the bike for the next 5 months as I went through healing and therapy. I cannot say enough good things about them. Every part I buy from Dave, every article of clothing I get from Sherri, every time I visit I am always greeted like a friend (usually by Renee at the front door). My bike has only seen their shop and I truly can say it is in great shape. I have over 20,000 miles on my bike and it runs magnificently due to their great service shop. Brian and Kelly are great! Every time I get any service there Tony makes sure my bike sparkles even if I bring in dirty. I have referred all my friends to the shop and sales floor. They are really good. I highly recommend that this should be your dealership too.

Best dealership in the atl area from parts to accessories to the awesome "staff" at the apparel section. Worth the ride in “Kudos to Amanda Heather and Brittany. I usually come in about once a week to look and purchase something from ATL Harley Davidson. At some point in time when I am there I have to turn to one of these awesome woman to help me to make a selection as to what it is I want to buy. Sometimes talking a little extra time to help me find a specific size or to throw an idea at me to help me out. They make my usual visits to the dealership enjoyable. Please commend all 3 of them on a a job well done. 1 of the major reasons that I recommend you guys to anyone looking for anything to do with Harley products or apparel. That also goes all the way to the guys you have back at the parts counter again they are always willing to help. Keep up the good work.” if they are having an event of any kind.

Tim has always taken care of me when I visit along with his team in the parts department. He gives great advice about parts and is always willing to go the extra mile to help others.
