Custom Tees provided great customer service and was able to meet a tight printing deadline that other printers could not match. I will definitely use them again in the future.

So the good news is that the finished product was pretty good. The bad news is that everything else was bad. Poor customer service is putting it nicely. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate them a 4 on professionalism these things are of no importance to them though they are well aware of their reputation, they simply do not care because they make their money regardless, mostly from people of color to whom, in my experience, patronize their business only to be patronized

I ordered 300 t-shirts for a project to benefit Atlanta's Homeless population and Custom Tees was able to give us a charity discount beyond their already outstanding pricing. They offered the best pricing in the Atlanta Metro area and their timeline to print such a large order was great. We chose them strictly based on price, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised to also get excellent quality! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I see some people have reviewed in-store customer service. I placed my order over the phone and through email and did not have any troublemaybe an extra follow up email or phone call, but it was no problem.

The owner is very brash and rude. He definitely needs to learn how to serve his customer better instead of serving money. Maybe he can't handle the job I don't know. But I wouldn't never recommend using him to anyone. People I know deserve good customer service and good products.

Horrible customer service and inconsistent with their price.I drove about a year about from Stone Mountain to Cumberland mall to get my shirts made the guy left me at the stand for a meeting and had me there over an hourHe gave me a price for 2 sweatshirts over the phone and when I got therehe got mad and said he should have charged me more.at the end I was happy about the way my sweatshirts turned out.so I thought a year latermaybe I would see if their customer service is better.I call and spoke to the owner about what should be a lot cheaper project.he tells me I'm a liar and that I was wrong about what he charged me prior..don't worry. because you will no longer receive my services.I just wanted 2 sample shirts for a line that I was starting and was going to get a huge order afterwards.thanks for nothing

Went there to have a few t-shirts made. Once I picked out my design and everything was set. Another customer came walking up and he began to assist her, ignoring the fact that I was obviously before her. I stepped back in disbelief as he continued to take care of her. The customer noticed what was going on but didn't say anything, until I said excuse me, am I going to finish being helped? The CUSTOMER than responded and apologized claiming she was unaware that I was being helped first. The man that was working there just looked at me, he clearly didn't care so I took my t-shirts and left. Very disappointing. Ended up going to the t-shirt vendor in Perimeter Mall and was treated with Excellent service plus they provided more options that you could choose from at a BETTER PRICE.
