Great fast service. I don't know about previous complains here but I got super service. Was towed for affordable price. At 7.00 am truck was in the shop and at 10.00 am I was out. Repaired U - joint what was broken. Thank you for excellent service.

Don’t ever buy anything at an auction here! They will tell you it has no issues over the add/phone then you get there and it has multiple problems! Not people of their word that’s for sure.

Would not recommend, called in to get quote on replacing radiator on Kenworth W900, was quoted 6 hours of work, plus parts, asked to check on parts price and availability, got call back from technical writer quoted just over $1900 for parts and labor, and was talked that it will be done on the day I got in to them, they have the parts and can replace it in same day. Got towed in, around 10am at 5 pm I'm finding out that they don't have the radiator and it will be there only next day. Next day Wichita was Friday, I fined out that they are rebuilding my radiator not replacing it. The taking it a parts, they broke some studs, informed me that it will be some extra labor involved. Comes 11:55 PM on Friday, the manager on duty informed me that it's done, but there is still leak in the place where it was rebuilded, so they will try to seal it with licuid gusket (which I refused ) or I can talk to the management on Monday. So 4 days later I finally got my truck back, with parts welded on my radiator and a bill for the labor was just a bit more then doubled. That's what experience I had, and it's up for you to try your luck.

BTW on my second day there I met another driver there that had replied a radiator and fan clutch on his volvo, according to him it took them 4 days to do it as well.

Horrible experience. Changing out a water pump took 20 hours and lots of cash. Paid through the nose for something that should have been simple and done in 3 hours at most. Experienced mechanic would have known what he was doing. Had to take vehicle to another shop as ATC screwed up.

These guys saved our trip! Heading to WY from VA. In Cedar Rapids our slide would not go in. We knew it was bad but hoping we would make it. Alas, not. They took us in right away and found a creative solution so we could continue. They worked fast and price was great. And they were understanding about how my attempted fix made things worse. We are going to leave it with them on our way back for major repairs because of their incredible skills and customer service.

We were traveling in our Motorhome from Oregon and the auto brake was not working properly. We called three truck repair places n town and no one would work on it. We called two RV dealers and they wouldn't work on it..I don't understand why you sell a motorhome and not work on one. ATC took us in, fixed the problem at a VERY reasonable priceand were very customer friendly. THANKS ATC

Worst ever. Came to fix my air ride on my diesel pusher. They said they charge $110 an hour plus parts. Guy was here 3 hours changed a valve and tried charging me $870. Here's the kicker, it didn't even fix the problem. They insisted I pay them when I was in the same situation I was before I called them. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.

These guys are GREAT!!! My trailer broke down 20 miles out of town on a Saturday. The manager came out and looked at the situation to see what could be done. I was not in a hurry so I said it could wait until Monday (no overtime fees).
He brought one of his guys out Saturday night to assess the situation so that Monday morning I knew exactly what was happening. ATC had it towed back to town so they could work on it properly - with my permission.
A friend of mine wanted to look at the estimate ATC gave before I had them do the work and he thought the price was great for the work they were doing.
I will have ATC inspect my trailer before I do any long over the road traveling.
Thanks guys! I really appreciate the work you did for me!

I waited 20 hours to get a tow than I gave up. I broke down and they kept saying a hour we will be there. Than they said the truck got a flat and that took another five hours. If you have time to kill go for it. If not keep on looking for someone else. I gave them a benefit of the doubt and still did not show up. Good luck if you do decide to go with them.
