  Customer service rock stars!
  
  I had chipped and cracked glass, but was also having an extra problem with a piece loose that was making all kinds of noise. Long story short, When I would hit 55-mph, it sounded like an airplane.
  
  It is really hard to explain that to someone over the phone. Dothan Glass has real people that listened to my problem, and then we walked over to the vehicle to look at it in person.
  
  I know, right?
  
  Seriously friends, in a world of automated phone calls and the internet, it was a beautiful thing to actually talk to real people about what was happening with my vehicle! They got it fixed, no problem!
  
  This is the plus of doing business with Dothan Glass! The customer service is excellent!
  
  I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

  Repaired the chip in my windshield. The lady that helped me was Brenda, she handled everything professionally and quickly. They worked with my insurance to make sure no cost came out of my pocket.
