Service department won't answer phone calls, does shotty work to include shorting us 3 gal of oil when they did a PM, ordering the wrong part three times causing a two week downtime, doing a visual inspection for a leaking seal (can clearly be seen) and an audible air leak test on non audible air leak that occurs when vehicle is in motion. Then they want to charge us 106.00 for the privilege of telling us yes you have a leaking seal and we can't find an audible air leak.then (I have a CDL and drive 320 days a year so I kinda know what an air compressor sounds likeduh it's part of daily inspections) he lets the compressor fill up and when it shuts off he says "now that's what it sounds like when it goes off." Wowseriously just have no words.
