My other half blew a tire on Hwy 30 today. One of the lugnuts was stripped down amd wouldn't come loose so he had to call AAA. He was told it would be at least an hour before the towing company could be there. In less than 30 minutes, Travis showed up from ATS & got the spare tire on!! That's great service. Thank you!!

Every time we bring in our car their service is exceptional and they remember us by name. I've never had similar automotive service like is found at ATS. I don't often write reviews online but felt I should take the time to write about ATS.

Steven & Andrew fixed our mini van's A/C at half the price another repair shop was charging. They went out of their way to thoroughly examine the A/C and just replace the parts that were needed. The other shop wrote me a quote to change the entire A/C system including Core after my mini van's A/C broke down last June. ATS people are very trustworthy and care to save you money. I won't take my family's cars anywhere else for repair.

Best towing service ever. Clean truck. Gave us a ride to the car rental. Adam was fast and friendly. Took a bad experience and made it better.

Our F-250 truck blew out a tire on I-380 on Feb 21, and we were stuck. We called and ATS came out, rescued us, moved us safely off the freeway, changed the tire, and we were on our way. Excellent service, very helpful driver/technician. Best in Cedar Rapids!

We ended up with a flat tire on Christmas Day, we called Triple A and they dispatched ATS Automotive to come and put on the spare. We still have 5 plus hours of travel to go today so we asked if they could fix the tire so we wouldn't have to drive home on a spare. Adam was able to to get the tire fixed on Christmas Day even though the shop was closed and his employees were off. We were then able to safely travel the rest of the day. It is good to know that there are good people in this world that will go above and beyond to help others! Thank you Adam and ATS Automotive! I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

Although many places would take advantage of the fact that I'm a young girl that doesn't know much about cars, ATS was the amazing exception. I came to them after seeing they had the best reviews and can only add to that list. They not only got me in and out within an hour, they were very straight forward with fair pricing decided up front and literally took me into the shop to show me what they were seeing and walked me through, in detail, everything they found. Any questions I had were answered on the spot. They were incredibly nice, helpful, polite, and overall it was just a completely smooth and pleasant process. No hassle. No run-arounds. Just simple, informative, great service. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, there willing to take time with you and answer any questions you have. They are also not pushy when it comes to something that needs to be done with your vehicle. I recommend them highly.
