Horrible experience! ! Stopped here on my way to Florida from TN due to slight vibration in the tires. I paid for allignment and tire rotation. After i left the shop my truck was shaking so bad that my windows were rattling inside the doors and my tire traction light came on. I dont know what in the world they did to my truck and I wouldnt take it back there for free. Stay away from this shop!

Had to bring my company truck here waited an hour before they pulled it in the garage and its just been sitting on the rack. Walked around to see what was taking so long and theyre all joking and playing around. Was going to bring my personal truck here but not anymore not waiting an hour and a half for a tire.

I am cautious of what places I go to now and days for my car, so I look at reviews before I go to any car places. I choose Jim Whaley's Tires because of the ratings and the reviews. I came there on Saturday October 8, 2016 at 10am for two tire pressure sensors that stop communicating with my car. Don, the front desk, was very helpful from the start to the end. Justin, the mechanic working on my vehicle, was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Here I will tell you my experience and you will be the judge if you want to come here or not.

When I first come here I was again cautious because of the little bad reviews, but we all know that majority of us will write a bad experience more than a good experience. Anyway, Don was very nice and so was Justin. I forgot to mention I was driving by from Florida. So yeah, 10am I showed up with my two tire pressure sensors not reading on my car. My dodge charger 2011 was reading only two front tires, but I remember a mechanic from dodge said that there are some cases dodges car dash display would not match what tire is having a malfunction tire pressure sensors or it was not properly program correctly from the start. At the same time I was told numerous times that these generation of cars should reprogram the sensors on its own after driving certain miles. So yeah lol (laugh out loud).

So when the mechanic use their reader to check my sensors, it read all were out, but the car show two rear tire pressure sensors are out. So I was given several options. We can drive to dodge to use their more up to date reader two see what two sensors are out, or buy all four new tire sensors that their reader can read and then get the job done. I choose two buy four sensors first. After Don, call every location to get all four together but no luck, and that I didn't want to order, we took the dealer option.
Justin, the Mechanic, and I drove to dodge to link up with his brother to use his reader and to found out it was my front right and back left sensors were out. Now that we found the exact sensors that needs replacing, we drove back to their shop to finally start and get the job done.

I also fail to mention that I have 22 inch rims with low boy tires, so only certain shops have the equipment to dismount and mount my tires. As I wait while the work on my car, I can look through the window to see what they doing, go outside to observe them, or sit down and watch some good football, drink coffee, and/or read magazines, I choose to write this review.

So, from 10am to 1pm, it was a journey but it was well worth it. These guys will take care of you 100 percent, all by themselves or with some help from other shops, they will try and get the job done, if you give them the opportunity to get the job done. I hope my review help in making your final decision of which car shop to go to. I wish you good luck and god bless.

If you need tires, find another place. One of the worst tire buying experience i have ever had. I had so many problems with the company. The whole establish is a joke. I wish i could give it worse than a 1 star. Save time and save the headache call around and find another place beside a jim whaley!!!
