Recent changes have opened up more parking up front, added a permanent structure over the ticket line, and some interior upgrades. Always quick and easy to see a movie, theatres are nice and cleanish, recliners work. Only issue is the price for a movie!! For 2 adults it was $40! And with drink and popcorn, almost $60. We ate breakfast that day for $30, with our child. Just crazy anymore. Once in a while it's nice, but I won't come here to see every movie. Pick and choose.

The new ticket stand was poorly designed. The automated ticket kiosks are lined up along side the regular ticket counter. It causes a lot of confusion. People who just want to use the kiosks think they have to stand in line with the other people who need to buy tickets from the regular ticket counter. As a result, most of the kiosks go unused. When you go to use the kiosk the other people get annoyed because they think you cut in line. If there's several available kiosks that no one is using what sense does it make to force them to stand in line? It causes a lot of delays in getting your ticket. The automated kiosks need to have their own area, away from the ticket counter.

Also, the bathrooms need a serious update. Most of the sinks have not worked properly for years.

Another issue is that the concession stand has a special line for premier members that runs along side the regular line. It causes a lot of confusion for the customers in determining who's next in line to be checked out. When they ask to serve the next person in line, no one looks to see if someone is standing in the premier line. I actually got yelled at by a premier member for going next when I thought it was my turn. I didn't see the guy standing in the premier line.

Also, buying hot food is hit or miss. Sometimes there's someone there to take your order, sometimes not. Also, the middle section of the concession area for deserts & ice cream is not even used. Hardly anyone buys that stuff (totally overpriced) and it just takes up too much space.

    UPDATE:
Went back recently after the renovation and I was not at all impressed. The reclining seats were not that comfortable, hurt my back and the fabric was very slippery. Ticket lines are still not fixed. I had to stand in line for nearly an hour (Saturday morning btw) and ended up requesting a later showing. Again, automated Kiosks away from the ticket counter would be much better. Also, the ticket prices have seriously gone up. I decided I can't afford to go to this theatre anymore.

They have recliner seating. We went to see Black Panther there. The shopping center they are located in has a lot of options to grab a bite before you movie. They also have a Bar Louie you can have drinks too. With 24 theaters you can usually find something good to watch.

I come here almost all the time and try to score the biggest movies. They have a wide selection of films with the 24 screens they have that's the most any AMC has in Colorado. Very conveniently located. Sound quality and picture quality is stunning. They offer iMAX, Dolby, 3D, etc. The food and drinks are very expensive but if you must, you must. They offer a pretty cool program for only $15 per YEAR, so if you go to the movies often enough it is definitely worth it also.

This theater is honestly one of the best I've ever been to. It's enormous on the inside and that was unexpected. We went to see one of the last movies of the night, so it was pretty dead, however the staff was still very kind. The food prices discouraged me from getting anything to eat for the movie. The seats and theatre are extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the movie as well as the experience very much.

They now have reclining seats and new food items. I loved this place before and love it even more now. Its clean, updated and has good food/drinks option. Now I love that you get to choose your seats ahead of time! Only downside is the snotty kids that work here.. Besides that its awesome!

This is always where I go to watch the latest movies, never long lines and tons of food and even bar options. Of course the food and beverages are pricey what theatre isn't nowadays? There is a lot of parking but on busy nights they can fill up pretty quick. The theatre is center to tons of other restaurants and a bowling alley so a fun place to be. The staff is friendly and I think an overall great place.

Myself and a friend went to see Dunkirk last night. There were scratches somewhere in the projection system, which left distracting black marks on a large portion of the lower left part of the screen. The men's room was out of soap. There was also abysmal customer service. I had valid e-tickets, which we ultimately had to speak to four different employees to get honored. At no point was any employee helpful, or even gave my complaint that arose from the situation any thought. They all just shrugged, and obviously hoped I would just give up. To get the e-tickets honored I had to accept tickets to a showing two hours later in the theater with the crappy projection. Save your money for Cinebarre, Alamo, or Elvis theaters! Better ticket prices AND service!

We bought our tickets for "Dunkirk" online. Wanted 70mm, but did not have that option available. Upon arrival, we talked to the manager about this. He offered to move us to the 70mm auditorium or free movie passes. We took the passes. He was apologetic and VERY nice. We will definitely go back!

Great place! I have seen so many movies here! I can only recall 3 bad experiences that were VERY minor and were Technical difficulties fixed within about 2 minutes. They have not had the movie, but the audio play 2 times and then the entire thing wouldn't work, but like I said, it was fixed VERY quickly. Great place overall and I would recommend it. (Good popcorn by the way).

Great service, easy concessions, large selection of movies and showtimes. The theaters are as clean as any other so no complaints there. I always have a great time when I come here.

This is now an older theater with stadium seating. Seating is general seating, helpful for last minute movie going. Two other theaters with reserved seating were booked, therefore happy general admission was available here.

Concessions are in center of facility, so refills are a bit far away from screen.

Concessions cost more than a dinner, but that's par for course.

Seats are comfortable, with all seats having a good view. Screen and sound were OK.

The promenade was remodeled. No more drop off at theater. Now there is a through street in front. Ticket counter is now indoors. A good improvement. Heard they will remodel half the screens at a time for reclining seats.
