I really enjoyed this theater. The seats are older but super comfy - they are not recliner seats and the armrests can be moved. The theater was clean, staff polite and we went in the middle of the week so a benefit that there were very few other people there!
Was not crowded , and it's in a really cute little shopping mall. Took us less than a minute to get into the theatre from walking in the doors. The theatres have a decent incline for us shorties and chairs were decently comfortable. The one thing I didn't like was the bar placement ( for putting your feet up) they didn't have one in the middle. The prime spot ! Overall like the area, staff was great. I would come here again to watch a movie !
I love this theatre! I read through all the reviews on here and they make me laugh. Someone said you pay the same price as theatres with recliners. This isn’t true. If people actually looked you would notice theatres with recliners are more expensive. Only by a dollar but it’s not the same price. Also said it sucks if you’re trying to sit with your family. This is redculous. Reserved theatres are bought weeks in advance and there isn’t enough seats for my family. If we decide to just go see a movie that day we can count on this theatre to accommodate us. What ever happened to showing up early and getting the best seat? With reserved seating you could show up four hours early but the theatres been sold out for months. This is my favorite people and those of you leaving poor reviews are a joke. Do some reserch and look up facts. This theatre would LOSE money and be forced to shut down if they went to recliners and cut down on how many people could come in and see the movie. They make it so there is room for you and your family and friends. Please stay away if you like the recliners but don’t come here when you want to see a show that’s been sold out at promenade for three months. I love this theatre and their staff. Thank you AMC Orchard 12 for being such an amazing theatre I understand you’re doing the best you can while still trying to run a business!
Very fast to get into a movie for my sister and I! Then again, it wasn't too busy at all when we had went. But nonetheless, the theatre was nice as well as our movie! My sister and I brought our own candy of course because of the prices here (or at most theatres are ridiculous). Other than that, the restrooms were disgusting and I had to go into four different stalls because each of them had urine all of them, and toilet paper everywhere. I don't know if is because people can be gross, but the staff should always clean the restrooms.
Worst place to watch movie. Urine smell everywhere, bubble gums on seats and very worst customer service. This is not a place to watch movie or spend your valuable time for enjoyment.
You don't need any customer to ruin your movie. The employees and management is enough to ruin your movie watching experience.
With such a difficulty for the theater industry, a junkiest service you can get here.
I've never had a bad experience here, the employees are always helpful and very friendly, I always get helped quickly as soon as I walk through the doors and there's always good seating whenever I go see a movie, never too crowded when I go 👍👍
This is my go to theater. Great staff, good food, and never had any problems.
Convenient IMAX screen in northern Colorado right off I-25. Cheese sticks and a movie.
Dunkirk was an amazing film. The only reason I went to the theater was to see Dunkirk. I was not disappointed by Dunkirk. The only way to see Dunkirk is in IMAX. I saw Dunkirk in IMAX. The sound mixing in Dunkirk was amazing thanks to the IMAX. Dunkirk features Harry Styles. Harry Styles did an amazing job as a character in Dunkirk. All of the actors in Dunkirk were great as characters in Dunkirk. Dunkirk was Christopher Nolan's best work. Well, besides his debut feature film, the black and white masterpiece that was "Following" (in no way related to Dunkirk). Also, Memento, his next project, a film that challenged conventional story structure and made audiences question every character, was pretty good, but not in the way Dunkirk was. Insomnia, I haven't seen, but I have seen Dunkirk. I can't think of any other movies from the visionary producer Emma Thomas besides Dunkirk. Here's my only beef: (Dunkirk will not be included) I was just sitting down to watch Dunkirk and I felt parched. I got out of my seat, exited the theater that was showing Dunkirk, approached the front counter and asked for a free water cup to obtain some water from the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. I was very disappointed by the size of the cup I was given. It was barely 8 Ounces! At Elvis, a theater that doesn't show Dunkirk, but is my favorite, I am given a 12 ounce glass at minimum. AMC, you do show Dunkirk so I will give you the fact that you show Dunkirk but besides this, step up your game¡
Have an amazingly sparkling day thanks all in part to the man above, that's right my dad Jesus Christ.
I really wanted to like this theater because the staff at McGuffins was so nice. Other than that - sticky floor, dirty bathroom and sound in IMAX for Dunkirk was actually painful.
A bit pricey but nice theater very clean
dirty, only one person behind the popcorn counter. the machine was OUT OF regular COKE!!!!! I had to get diet. and It is incredible expensive to get it. bathroom was out of soap in the dispenser. long lines in the box and just one 17 year old kid working on it.
This Place is absolutely disgusting My wife and I told ourselves we would not go back a few months ago after watching a movie but we completely forgot how dirty this theatre is Not to mention the workers are all rude and too busy messing around, when instead they should be cleaning the popcorn you have to walk through just to get to your movie. I completely forgot also last time we went the movie never came on until we complained 10 minutes after it was supposed to start. I do not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.
