First time to this theater. Seats were adequate. Cup holders in between the seats were very dirty. Used the ladies bathroom after purchasing my ticket. Theater just opened for the day and the bathrooms were very dirty. Opted to skip the snack bar due to the total lack of cleaning in the whole theater.

02/26/18 Just called on phone to ask about applying Tuesday discount for online ticket for my premiere stub rewards and spoke with a nice young man named Casey who very professionally and impressively informed me how he could better assist/direct my concern/question to his manager who would know more about it. I have got to say, there has been a lot of very poor and disappointing customer service in every establishment I have been in lately and this was a very simple and refreshing confirmation that's there IS still hope in customer service. THANK YOU! See you tomorrow for our showing of Peter Rabbit and thanks again for the service!

Theater is good but seats are not clean. Chewing gums on seats and we went to watch at least 5 times there and out of it, 4 times they had not cleaned after the previous show and we need to choose a seat which don't have left overs from previous shows. Cleanliness they need to take care and seat cushions to be upgraded at least. Staff is friendly so 3 stars.

The layout of this theatre is a little weird, but overall, I like it a lot! The seats are fairly comfy and the standard screening rooms are a good size. Plus the volume is never too loud or soft. I don't like how high the prices are here, but otherwise, it's clean and the popcorn is good!

Pretty cool place. The service was good and the pricing isn't more crazy than any other theater. Unfortunately this place is in the middle of an industrial park. No restaurants or other stores in sight. Also the chairs need some updating.

staff was friendly. bathrooms clean. theater was DISGUSTING-very dirty. we were in theater #1. went to see blade runner. either they had THE VOLUME turn up to much or they got a bunch of blown speakers. the sound was completely distorted. would pay more for a movie for a nicer place. won't return.

Very nice up to date facility. Menu items are overpriced just like every theatre. $14 for popcorn and sodano thank you, I'm good.

This place seems old fashioned now, and it's looking a little run down. They do have the coke make-your-own soda machines though, so that's cool.

Great theater! Very high quality, from the theaters themselves, the food and concessions, and the entire style of the theater. Classic theater with fantastic atmosphere! Love going here!

Cheap matinee even on the weekend. Comfortable seats, not the recliner ones though. Great picture & sound. The popcorn stand will give you extra containers so you can share a large popcorn

$9 Adult tickets at 2pm is ridiculous. I guess we saved a $1 going early but it should be half that. Given the fact that we were the only ones in the theater, I'm not the only one who thinks so.

The place is well kept but a bit dated compared to other theaters in the area.

Good movie theater. Wish they updated and cleaned better. Like that its not over crowded. Nice staff. Never had any issues.

Absolutely disgusted! I feel 1 star is even too generous with condition of the theater and the way I was treated. It's falling apart at the seams, the majority of seats were broken and the theater was trashed. Employees at tickets and food were very courteous, but when I requested to speak to the manager about a ticket exchange, I was met with a very sweaty man who didn't give a rats behind about I was saying! Not at all friendly and very standoffish. Was not very willing to work with me. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning!

I love this theather even though the ticket prices went up over the years. I love that you can be that inner fat kid who can have as much better on your popcorn and have as much soda as you want Good staff etc.

This theater is tucked away, so when we have gone for matinee showings the theater is not very crowded and your seating choice is abundant. I will say the ticket purchasing can take longer than it should at times. I feel it would be better if you could purchase your tickets at a kiosk instead. The concession stand also has a good variety, but again depending on the amount of staff, you may be waiting longer than usual. They have stadium seating and the screens are good, so most of my gripe is for everything prior to seating.
